This fully renovated guest apartment is the perfect creative place for you to retreat and enjoy some cannabis and be close to Colorado Springs' unique attractions. It is perfect for a couple’s getaway, those seeking the endless amount of outdoor play activities just a short drive away, or those traveling on business. We’ve included all the must-haves to give you the warmth of home plus the luxury of a getaway. come enjoy this creative space!

Take comfort in knowing that your host is taking all the proper measures to insure your health and safety are of the highest priority. Extra cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place so you can feel right at home in this clean space.
The apartment is the lower level of a duplex, enjoy the freedom to come and go with our keyless door entry pad, and off street parking. Be mindful of your step when walking down to the apartment, a hand railing is there as well as a sensor light if its dark outside. We kindly ask that you remove shoes in entryway to keep the new carpet clean.
The apartment does have low ceilings, so if you are a tall one, you may be more comfortable in our upstairs space...

The space features a comfortable anti-microbial memory foam queen bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stocked with organic Vegan products! Relax in the living room space on the comfy couch, and watch movies on the Smart TV or play some Ninteno Wii!! Puzzles, books, and games are also there to keep you smiling! Enjoy takeout from the many amazing restaurants of downtown or Old Colorado City or make meals in the spacious kitchen, which is well stocked with cooking utensils, dinnerware, a refrigerator, toaster, and everything you need to enjoy a great cup of coffee or tea.
Please note there is no A/C, but fans are provided and the lower level stays very cool. The heating is a forced air system, and a small space heater is also provided along with lots of extra blankets. Im happy to adjust the thermostat upstairs upon your request.
The ceilings are lower in the apartment so be mindful if you are over 6 ft tall in the bathroom.

You have access to the entire downstairs apartment!
Other things to note
There are guests on the upper level of the home, and the house is 100 years old so there will be the occasional squeak and crack from upstairs. We ask that all guests are mindful of this and try to be quiet.
