Dazzling with cozy French Country charm, this adorable cottage is tucked away on woodsy, quiet, peaceful Calm Gulf Drive and only *one* mile from direct access to 30a Ed Walline Beach, Shunk Gully Oyster, and the heart of Gulf Place Shops! Golf cart included with several dining options a quick ride away, Blue Mountain - 3 mi away, Grayton Beach - 5 mi away, Seaside - 7 mi away. The coziness and comfort of this home is unreal, like being on a European holiday with the beach just down the street!

The space
This gorgeous, woodsy, cozy cottage has a newly renovated interior from top to bottom and is an absolute dream home you won’t want to leave. With the beach just a quick one mile golf cart ride, it’s the perfect 30a beach vacation with direct access to Ed Walline beach, yet a quiet and calm oasis away from all the busyness. Every single room hugs you and is the perfect place to curl up with a good book or TV show with a cup of coffee or glass of wine - though right down from the beach, it will be difficult to tear yourself away from the comfort and ambiance of this spectacular home.

**A large 6-seater golf cart is included with the rental upon waiver agreement.

Walking into the home is a large screened in porch with three sets of French doors. The main door opens up to a very spacious, large, open floor plan that includes a cozy living room, sitting room, custom kitchen, and dining space - all together! King rooms on each side of the house have their own French doors with patio access right outside each the room.

Three king rooms and one queen room - all spacious and with their own full bathrooms. Two of the king rooms include connected master baths, the other king room and queen room have their own detached bathrooms. All beds include soft, luxurious, fluffy bedding - all like sleeping on a cloud. Each room also includes plenty of space for clothing storage and plenty of hangers are provided for hanging clothes. In addition, every room has a large TV.

The kitchen is an absolute chef’s dream and was just completely renovated. Designed by the owner who is a cookbook author and personal chef, Andrea put all her special “tastemaker” touches on it. The range space was designed with European touches in mind and includes an imported Ilve white range with gorgeous gold knobs. The range hood was customized with cedar and the backsplash was inspired by Andrea and Tres’ a Italian travels. A corner coffee station is included with a Keurig and Nespresso machine. The large farmhouse sink was designed with a gorgeous faucet overlooking the state park behind the home - if you’re lucky you may spot a deer or two while washing dishes! Luxury cookware including Staub, Le Creuset, Blue Jean Chef, an extra large Williams Sonoma butcher block, Shun and Wusthof knives, as well as beautiful platters and cheese boards to display food. The oversized kitchen island is the center of the home, designed for socializing, no matter what room the rest of the family is in! The dining table sits right by the bar stools, so the whole family can dine together!

A beautiful, French decorated sitting room and farmhouse designed living room with an electric fireplace sit right off the kitchen and dining areas. Open up the French doors to the beautiful screened in porch, and you have instant indoor/outdoor space! The porch includes plenty of sitting space for drinking coffee or wine with a cute French bistro set, bench, and a wooden swing. Through the archway of the kitchen, you’ll find a boho decorated office with an additional TV and French doors that lead out to the Traeger Grill.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the home. Our road only includes 4 homes on it, so guests are very close to the beach but can enjoy privacy and quietness away from the hustle and bustle. They’re also welcome to use the golf cart upon signing the waiver agreement.
