This Lakeview cottage home is located in Tan-Tara Estates at Margaritaville in Osage Beach. Right in the heart of everything. You have access to lots of resort amenities, like a Spa, golf courses, pools, swim up bar, horse back riding, arcade, indoor waterpark, boat rentals and so much more. Something for everyone here! The home is fully equipped, updated, clean, cute with great views of the lake and lots of room. State park and boat ramps near by. Golf cart community. 9 hole course is FREE.

The space
Home has been remodeled and has a newer, modern feel. Is spacious and should have everything you need to feel at home. There is a Pull out bed in the couch in family room. Plus, a blow up mattress and extra bedding in closet. Fans for your convenience in closets. Lower deck is covered , so you can still enjoy during the rain. Smart tvs hooked up to Roku, games and books for your entertainment . Set up for the perfect vacation spot.

Easy access to get in. 2 parking spots in front of home, lighted path to door and coded lock. Code for pools is in home.

There is a golf cart for rent during your stay. Please message me if you are interested in renting.
$75 for a 2 night stay
$25 for each additional night

Golf cart must be rented the entire stay.
