Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Guanajuato

Just got back from a great 1 week stay. Loved the property and the neighborhood. Bed and linens in the master BR were very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive at all times, answering my questions typically within a minute—remarkable! Very convenient location and the premises were quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again and can highly recommend.

I’ve been staying at a few Airbnb’s in San miguel over the last few months and Jamie’s place was by far the most comfortable bed and space I have stayed in. I always Uber’d back because it’s uphill but walking into town was very easy. Once you open the gate it’s a beautiful little sanctuary and the view from the rooftop is absolutely incredible!

Rosie was an amazing host and went above & beyond helping provide additional requested information, guidance, etc. we really appreciated her! :)

This apartment was extremely comfortable in a terrific quiet location just minutes walking to most everything! In addition to all that, it has a lovely shady yard, good AC, potable water, and a washer-dryer! Jorden has created a comprehensive manual for his place making it easy to enjoy both the apt and the city!!! We are hoping to return to SMA again and would stay at Jordan’s lovely place in a heartbeat!!

The loft is just gorgeous and so close to many great restaurants, as well as the large supermarkets. Parking in front of the apartment was big enough for 2 cars and though it isn’t gated, it seemed very safe and we had no issues the two weeks we were there. Its on a private street that dead ends so there isn’t any thru traffic. The bed was very comfortable, every thing was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked(I cooked Christmas dinner for us and 2 friends). We quickly felt like we were at home. There was plenty of hot water for the shower (not always common in Mexico) and a cozy gas fireplace for those cool nights. Suzette wasn’t in town but her manager Nellie was just amazing. Always reachable via a text message if we needed more drinking water or had a question. The washer and dryer were great since we are traveling for an extended time. The furniture was all very nice and comfortable. I hope the loft is available next time we are in town.

First the positive. We loved the location. The view from the balcony was awesome and a great place to spend the morning reading a book and having a cup of coffee as the sun was rising. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably well equiped. The development is modern and pleasing and safe to walk about. There was a charcoal BBQ on the roof patio which was great. Judith and Eduardo are wonderful hosts. 10 out of 10. They were attentive, proactive, and very responsive to any questions we had. Now for the n not so positive. Bit of work walking the steeper portions of the roads if coming in from Centro but manageable if you have a bit of stamina. We did it daily for 6 weeks. Some of the neighbors like to party into the wee hours on a few weekend. Lastly, there is no TV in the living room. If we were short stay it wouldn't have been an issue. For our longer stay heading for the bedroom to watch TV after dinner was odd for us.

Perfect and perfectly comfortable are the words that describe our recent stay at Casa Dulcinea in San Miguel. The design of Casa Dulcinea provided us (3 couples) plenty of space/privacy, with lovely patios and a rooftop that was easily large enough for outside dining as a group. The furnishings are beautiful in design/function. Casa Dulcinea is located in one of my favorite areas of SMA, close enough to town for a short walk, far enough away for less noise. It is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The home is well equipped, and everything functioned perfectly - hot water, appliances, etc. - there was nothing I can think of that we needed that wasn’t provided. We had two delicious dinners cooked by Jose and Felica - they were delightful - get the ribs, yum! It’s a fun thing to do and very reasonably priced. Wendy is friendly and always responded quickly whenever I contacted her. She provided excellent information and recommendations, and we used many of them. Great place to stay!

The house is in a great location— on a very quiet street and close to many services and restaurants. The house has wonderful light — many big windows looking out at the outdoor patio.
