Casa típica de Guanajuato, dividida en 5 desniveles cada uno con escaleras, hay 2 terrazas una techada y otra expuesta, vista panorámica espectacular, se puede apreciar desde comedor, cocina y habitación principal, estamos en carretera panorámica, contamos con 1 cajón de estacionamiento dentro de nuestras instalaciones, estamos de 10 a 15 minutos del centro bajando por callejones o por el funicular que se encuentra en el Pípila a 400 metros de la casa (5 minutos caminando).

This little house is full of light and shines for its comfiness. It has a great location in the historic center, on the plaza Embajadoras. The heated swimming pool and roof top are to be shared in between our three apartments exclusively. The pool features hydromassage and counter current device for swimming. La casa cuenta con dos salidas, a 10 minutos caminando colina abajo del centro de la ciudad y a 4 minutos colina arriba del mirador del Pipila.
