The home is super spacious, very large balcony, beds are super comfortable! The community is well built, the hills are a bit steep but, worth the extra effort to get all your steps in!

A place true to the photos, I loved that its kitchen has all the necessary instruments. You see a beautiful sunset from the armchair, a breathtaking view.

The view is wonderful!! It is high on a hill so quite a hike up every night after walking the centro or you could get a taxi I suppose. It’s very quiet!! We slept well every night. Lots of amenities. Pool, gym, etc. we did not make time to use. And a parking spot. Very spacious property, beautiful villa. Just like the pictures. Ken was great and Jose showed us around town when we came in late and hungry as well as showing us the road to get us out of town when Google sent us to a stairway drop off not for cars. Great place. Would stay again!!

We loved our 7 week stay in this location just outside the main center. With the pools, gym on location and a track and pickleball courts across the street, it is a great place to stay active. It is just over 1 km walk to great grocery stores and 3 km right into Centro passing by many excellent restaurants. You can also access these places easily via Ubers for about 75 pesos or so or by the bus across the street for only 8 pesos. The unit itself is well laid out and comfortable and the rooftop deck was a wonderful place to hang out. It had all the amenities we needed for our long stay. Tyrone and Peter were always accessible and helped us out with many things including the booking of their maid to keep the place very tidy. If you are a light sleeper, just a note that this is near a busy road so some traffic noise can be heard as well as any loud neighbor but this was minimal. All in all, it is a great place to stay with tons of amenities and away from the bustle of downtown.

Beautiful home! Very clean and comfortable. The terrace had great views and was a perfect place to have coffee and breakfast. Good location with 10-15 minute walk into town. Alicia was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again!

Wonderful beautiful place to stay. The apartment is very clean and well decorated. The building complex is very peaceful and safe, with lots of amenities. The location is convenient to explore San Miguel. Communication was clear and pro-active.

Excellent stay and service!

Excellent place near the center, it has everything you need to spend a few days without missing the home. It is equent in the upper parts of San miguel, so pedestrian access can be complicated

Great location within a short walking distance to the market, shops, restaurants & Centro. It’s the perfect house for large gatherings and offers plenty of room both inside & out that includes a private courtyard & rooftop seating.

We really enjoyed our time at Diego’s place. Very comfortable, clean and great size for our group. Really easy to get in and out. Very private we felt safe.

We enjoyed our condo and all the amenities this place has to offer. We recommend it to all who want to enjoy San Miguel de Allende and feel like part of a neighborhood. Although there’s shuttle service, we enjoyed walking down to Centro and back on cobblestones streets. As for the home, the beds and showers were great. Decorations of this new home were lovely. Also want to point out how the porch and nearby creek with lots of birds was wonderful and certainly made my morning and evening. The swimming pool and workout area are wonderful added amenities at the clubhouse. Thanks again for the hospitality!

The house is located as it is in the description, we have a very quiet stay and good times, it has everything you can be in the place without going anywhere. Nearby are several malls and convenience stores where you can buy everything you need

This is the second time I've rented the property, because it's an amazing place to spend a few quiet days with plenty of privacy, comfort, cleanliness, a view of Cerro de la Bufa, and a pool in excellent condition to enjoy with family or friends, one of my favorite Airbnbs in Guanajuato. And Mrs. Dolores' service is excellent, always attentive, kind, respectful, flexible. 100 rating!!

Very nice accommodation, each room has its own private bathroom, which is super comfortable, it also has a very large terrace to have a good time. It's inside a very quiet private area. I would go back.
