The accommodation is in a good location, it has a beautiful view, everything is very close, but if you have a car, get ready to struggle to find a parking space. Outside the accommodation there are people who want to help you get a place and they tell you that they charge you per day to take care of your car. These people are drunk and smell like marijuana, which did not make me feel comfortable leaving the car parked on the street. The host has a parking space but she only has 2 spaces, so you have to reserve your space in advance, since parking is charged separately

Excellent accommodation, I highly recommend, it was super central, safe, clean, beautiful, had everything close by, and lend linen iron. Magnificent stay.

Beautiful place, wonderfully decorated. Great room & private bathroom. Great to have access to a washing machine & clothesline. The only problem was that, although it wasn’t far from the Centro historico., as a single woman, I was afraid to walk down & back up I don’t know how many steps in the dark, so night life was very limited. Overall, great stay!

Bernardo is the name on the listing, but several members of the family are connected and willing to give instructions and help. The neighborhood is very quite and far from stores, but the house itself is beautiful, with areas for walk and chill. I will be staying here again.

Oscar is an amazing host! Very attentive and helpful beyond anyone could expect. He helped when I was having trouble finding the place to get visa and vehicle permit and speaking with the officers. This place is everything I dreamt of. Looking out my window… surrounded by greenery… or on the veranda. Very peaceful yet only a short walk to the center. My pet companion Leyla feels totally at home… and it brings me peace knowing that she is absolutely safe going down to the garden. This will be my go-to place in SMA. All thumbs UP. 🐶😎❤️

My stay at El Cubil was excellent. Maria Eva was a very friendly host, always attentive and willing to help at all times. Their communication was quick and clear, which made my experience even more enjoyable. El Cubil is a comfortable, independent space with a nice touch that makes it very cozy. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A comfortable and quiet place I highly recommend it

The place was easy to get to and good location Constanza sent me the accurate location. It is very close to Viñedos la Redonda. which was our main destination. 10 minutes from the center of Tequisquiapan and 40min from the Geiser. These were our destinations so the location was great. The only bad thing is that the WiFi or the data network does not work well so the TV could not be used and the cell phones had little signal. The house is over the road so there's car noise all the time even at night. I recommend to bring insect repellent as there are many mosquitoes.

Rest assured, David and Chei have done everything possible to make a stay in their suite wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly, they were helpful, kind and knew San Miguel de Allende front to back. We appreciated the fresh air, the cozy floors, and the purified water system. Literally any and all questions were welcome, and we've never met such interesting hosts. The location made for an easy walk to see all the sights.

La Chispa was the perfect place to celebrated our 33rd anniversary! The hacienda ambience was more than we could have hoped for. We stayed 2 nights and know we will be coming back. You definitely will enjoy your time here and the beautiful sunsets and sunrises too!

I enjoyed staying at Mike’s place! It is a lovely place with beautiful view and almost everything you need in the room. It is a balance of tranquility and convenience. Mike is attentive and he let me check in early. Love this place and definitely recommend staying here!
