The house is really beautiful, spacious and well-stocked, great for group trips! The village is easily accessible by car and is super quiet and immersed in the Tuscan hills.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

Magnificent stay in the pleasant setting of the Battegone farm! The house offers every comfort and privacy; the amenities and impeccable cleanliness and the hospitality reserved for us by the host was unique and precious. We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Simone was a truly fantastic host. He was always so friendly, eager to help, and checked in with us every few days to make sure everything was okay, but never to the point it felt like it was encroaching on our privacy. Both check in and check out were super easy. The villa and its surroundings are absolutely stunning. I’d go as far to say it’s the best airbnb I have stayed in. The photos don’t show just how many areas there are on different levels which is great if you like to have a bit of privacy or different views every now and then. We loved watching the sunset over Tuscany each night. If you find steep hills a bit of a challenge, you may have difficulty walking to/from town, but this is no problem if you’ve hired a car. We had a lovely stay and even though it was a little hard to find the property, Andrea was incredibly helpful and responsive, even picking up some of our party to make sure they could get to the Villa. Surroundings and Villa were beautiful and spacious. Special mention to Andrea being above and beyond helpful though with recommendations and helping people get from A to B where necessary!

I had to unexpectedly check in late at night, and the host was very kind. This was the most impressive host I've ever met. The house is much neater and prettier than the photos posted by the host. If I visit Italy again, I would like to come here again.

A lovely property in a beautiful area. Sabrina and Antonio were really attentive and kind. Easily accessible by text and also prompt in coming round to solve a problem. Having 3 separate apartments worked well for the extended family and the ground floor was large enough for us to dine together. There are lots of places to visit including many beautiful hill top medieval towns. Antonio and Sabrina were very kind gifting some local Est Est Est wine and a cake for our special birthday. Little unexpected touches like these helped to make it a memorable stay. The weather was not on our side in the middle of April, rain and mist on several days, so it would have been nice to have somewhere inside for us to sit and relax together. A few comfy sofas would have been appreciated by older members of our group. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, no matter the weather!

To start, my friends and I felt so at home from the moment we arrived in Montepulciano. Mario‘s lovely parents greeted us with warm smiles at the gate. As we filed into the home, we were awash with the sense of familiarity, it reminded us of visiting our own grandparents’ homes. From the antic furniture, to the hand crocheted window coverings and pillow cases, we were in love. Mario’s parents started at our visit with a short tour of the home, pointing out the amenities and showing us how to enter the home using the lock box. They poured us a glass of Prosecco and Mario’s mother had a delicious aperitif prepared for us- bruschetta, pâté and their own olive oil. Needless to say, we felt very comfortable and happy at Mario’s family home surrounded by olive trees and views for days. The WiFi worked great, beds comfortable, and just 6 minutes into the town of Montepulciano. It was ideal, the perfect place for a relaxing retreat from city life. Cannot recommend more.

A gorgeous villa surrounded by nature just outside the heart of Perugia. We stayed here for 6 nights, and Giuseppe made us feel right at home. He is super friendly, kind, helpful and had lots of local tips on where to eat, stay and what to do. Giuseppe’s villa is very beautiful decorated, and we enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine every evening. Warmly recommend this place!

We stayed here for the last days of the year. We were greeted by the host, who was immediately friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful, organized on three floors (the last one reachable with a slightly narrow spiral staircase), very spacious and welcoming. Equipped with 4 bathrooms, one with a hot tub and a small sauna, a living room, a laundry area, a study with a piano and a large kitchen overlooking the beautiful garden with pool. It was the ideal space to spend a few days in peace with friends and visit the nearby Tuscan villages. It definitely exceeded our expectations!

What a fantastic stay and incredibly sweet host Elisabetta. We were able to relax wonderfully and we were completely unburdened. Elisabetta always thought along with us (and especially with my marriage proposal, I couldn't have wished for a better host). This place will always remain in our hearts. 1000 times thank you, Elisabetta!!

Nicolina was a joy to deal with, so welcoming and very flexible with the checkout time, delicious home made tart on arrival. Everything was spotlessly clean and the views are amazing (in any weather!). Great private parking and the bonus of a washing machine. We ate all our meals on the patio, the clear screens offer great protection from either the cool evenings or the odd insect. Grazie mille Nicolina.

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

The place was very nice, everything was as described in the pictures and in the description. You had an emergency contact that was always available if you had any questions. All in all, a very nice holiday. Thank you.

We had a great time at Battista's place. Battista was very flexible and accommodating in every way. The house is clean and charming, very well equipped and located in an incredible environment. Only downside on our side, the need to have a car to get to points of interest and go to the restaurant. We will recommend this place to friends and hope to return one day.
