Monthly Rentals in Grayton Beach

The home was absolutely beautiful and spotless! I’m a bit of a clean freak and am often disappointed with tattered furniture etc and this is the first home I’m stayed in that fully lived up to the photos. It is bright, clean, and welcoming. Stephanie was very responsive and helpful when we pinged her to get the pool cleaned as it was dirty following some storms.

We had such a relaxing stay! It’s the perfect half mile walk to the beach, with easy beach access. Along with being 5 minutes from most things, you can’t beat the location. Allison was the perfect level of attentive-ness! Tiny house was definitely that-tiny. Especially for overpackers like us! However, we had everything the two of us needed. We’d definitely stay again.

I booked this Airbnb for my 75 year old mother traveling alone. Christine immediately reached out to reassure me that they would make her feel welcome and comfortable, right down to asking if she would enjoy fresh flowers! Every detail in this guest cottage was thoughtful and perfect. Absolutely spotless, every amenity, and my mother kept telling me that the vibe and energy was so happy and peaceful, she had not slept so well in years! It’s a little oasis by the beach. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway and LOVED it! The location was ideal; quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and coffee. (Kith & Kin is the best!) Everything was so clean and the communication was fantastic. Check in and check out were super easy. The space itself was lovely and so peaceful, would love to come back and stay again sometime. Highly recommend!!
