Monthly Rentals in Graveyard

We've spent a very enjoyable month at Karlene's place and have already booked to return next year! Karlene is very responsive and Alicia, the local estate manager, was really helpful, thank you both. We hired a car for the duration which helped make our stay more akin to being home from home, giving the flexibility to do what we pleased when we liked. The condos are very quiet, especially at night and had a good mix of owner occupiers and holiday makers all of whom where very friendly, especially the lovely ladies who managed the security gates who always welcomed us with a smile. An ideal base for exploring this part of the island.

I stayed at Nicole’s apartment with my husband and 10 month old daughter and it was absolutely amazing! The location is easy to find and within driving distance to restaurants, supermarkets and some wonderful beaches. The infinity pool that is within the complex is a great addition with lovely views. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the beach mats, parasol and beach toys in particular were a massive bonus. Nicole was a perfect host, she was always responsive, friendly and provided lots of useful information! We would highly recommend this Airbnb. Also, our daughter had the time of her life so it’s definitely suitable for babies too!

We enjoyed this stay as our home base for our trip to Barbados. The highlights for us were the stunning landscape surrounding the property, the lovely pool area, and the adorable kittens and dog living on property. Loxy was also very kind and responsive over text, answering a few questions that came up throughout the trip. While the Airbnb feels quite remote, it is well located within ~15 min of lots of great restaurants, beaches and activities. The drive in and out of the Airbnb is a long, winding, bumpy, very narrow dirt road that took some getting used to…but after a few days we began to appreciate the beautiful drive up. Another note is that this unit is sandwiched between two others, so you can hear everything happening on the neighboring balconies. In addition, the recommendation is to keep the bedroom window open rather than using the AC, but this contributed to feeling a lack of privacy at times. Overall, the stay is as described and we had a lovely time :)

we had a wonderful stay at Kodi's and would recommend to everyone. clean, well appointed and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean with good water pressure in the shower. the kitchen was equipped for light cooking and the welcome basket was really appreciated! Having access to laundry facilities was helpful.. and although there was a dryer, the clothes dried quickly on the line. Mihaela walked with us to show us a shortcut to the beach/bus station. They also lent us a couple of beach chairs which made beach days much better!! overall, the location is good, the place is great and the hosts are wonderful. Don't hesitate to book with them! we are already rebooked for next year!!
