Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grants Pass

Perfect home away from home. This was a clean, peaceful, charming, home with incredible access to the river path with great walking. Perfect for dogs or kids. Amazing coffee shop walking distance called Forge with yummy toast and cute patio. Nice dinner spot also around the corner. Safe ample parking and nice dining and living rooms. Comfortable beds and our favorite part was the shower with incredible shower pressure!!! Would definitely return!

We've stayed at many vacation rentals over the years, and in fact have one of our own. Even so, Julee and Matt's place stood out as among the very top tier of all them all. Leading up to our stay, they answered our questions very clearly, quickly, and helpfully. Check-in was very easy. And the accomodations were simply superb. High quality furniture and accessories, comfortable bed, luxurious towels and washcloths, rooms were incredibly tidy and immaculately clean, spacious and uncluttered. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful and the area down by the river gorgeous with roses and Jasmine; beautiful and restful. Highly recommend.

Charming home with lots of great touches indoors. Fabulous master bathroom for getting ready for our event and kitchen was full service for those who want to cook their meals. The park directly across the street was a bonus and Vicki was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

This is the second ladies weekend we have held at Samantha’s cabin and it is truly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in (and I have traveled all over the world using Airbnbs!) It is cozy and stylish with the perfect amount of charm. The rooms are well appointed with high quality sheets and comfy mattresses. In each space, she has really gone the extra mile to make the place functional but cute without it feeling cluttered or kitschy. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathroom and shower are spotless, and the meadow-like backyard is always a treat! For real, book this place whenever you can!

I have stayed at a lot of places but this was by fare the most pleasant place to stay. I make a yearly trip to this area to fish and will stay no place else from now on. Clean and comfortable, with privacy to relax.

Fabulous location right off of the I5 about 10 miles north of Medford. Sparkling clean, with those extra touches that make it really feel like a home. There is a 50 amp EV charger available at no extra charge. Plug is a J1772 so Tesla folks bring your adapter. Yoga mats, comfortable beds, and ample air conditioning were just a few of those extra touches. We even had the privilege of meeting one of the co-owners while staying which was a treat. Great space when visiting the Shakespeare Festival in Ashland, seeing a show at the Britt, or just passing through like we were. We will be back!

This is a special place and a special host. The space is light and airy, beautifully furnished and decorated, with many lovely touches. The kitchen was generously stocked. There were even fresh flowers in several places throughout the bungalow. The garden was a delight, with many nooks for sitting or stretching out, and flagstones with little blue flowers in between. Tambo has a special gift for true hospitality. Everywhere you looked you could see the touch of an artist, and a desire for her guests to have a joyful stay.

This is a lovely, well organized and spacious place to stay. We loved the quiet setting and great location close to town, hiking, attractions etc. The space is roomy and well appointed with all you need. Shelley also was very helpful and responsive. We'd recommend this stay highly!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilltop Nest! It was clean, cozy, and very comfortable for me and my dog to spend a week in. It was spacious and incredibly well-stocked with everything you might need, even dog beds and treats! The snacks and beverages in the welcome basket were a lovely surprise as well. Lisa and Garren are incredibly kind, friendly, and responsive. When I did need something, Lisa was instantly there to sort it out for me. Highly recommend this spot for a cozy getaway in Grants Pass!

My husband and I were in Ashland for the Shakespeare Festival, and enjoyed a fantastic stay at Katy and Jesse’s cottage-above-the-garage. They were delightful hosts who were quick to answer questions, but gave us plenty of space to make ourselves at home. The location was perfect— super quiet and a quick walk to theaters and restaurants. Everything was clean; the air conditioners were nearly silent, and the uncluttered, well-equipped space worked beautifully for us. Highly recommended! We look forward to returning!

It was just what we needed and the bed is the most comfortable I’ve been on

Well worth the 14 minute drive out of town. The ranch is gorgeous with thoughtful features throughout (fire pit, roping practice, rope swing, seating areas with the best views in mind). We spent the majority of our trip just enjoying the house and space as the entire ranch feels like a vacation! Quiet. Hut tub was clean and warm. The pool was lovely, we would consider coming back in the summer just to enjoy the pool!

We have been staying here for years, and this is THE perfect spot for a getaway weekend to watch plays. A short walk to the shows, breakfast down the hill, high tea a block away. The room is spotless and the full kitchen is a blessing.

Jennifer has gone above and beyond to make Suite Madrona a very comfortable place to stay. I was there for a full week and could not have asked for more. She has attended to every detail. In addition, she recommended some wineries in the area I did not know about. This lovely enclave is only 15 minutes from Ashland without charging Ashland prices, and very close to the airport. I highly recommend Suite Madrona.

The Loft was such a serene space…. It is very well kept and the garden space outside is beautiful! We had such a great time!

We visit Ashland regularly to visit family. I’ve traveled a lot, and this was one of those rare good finds. The host is wonderful, and so is the place. I loved the modern, minimalist, yet natural and warm interior and it’s very convenient (the Co-Op, etc). It was very quiet, too. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Well appointnted, modern, clean place, centrally located in downtown Ashland. Would happily stay again.

Second time here...just fantastic place if you want to be in Ashland and be able to walk around the main downtown area. Can't say the two plays were particularly memorable, but the town is still fun and this airbnb is a wonderful space all round. Wish there were units like this in many other places!

Suite 202 was welcoming, clean and well stocked. Every detail was considered: stocked kitchen, laundry/dryer with detergent + dryer sheets, nice bath products, plenty of towels, blackout shades, fast WiFi, powerful AC/Heating, etc. Location has easy parking, and is walkable to everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay for ~3 weeks. Valisatie was very responsive to all our questions and requests — thank you so much!

We really love staying at Leone’s place due to the immaculate condition, bath and half, large kitchen with everything you need, great location, helpful and nice neighbors and host being available 24/7. We look forward to staying there again! Thank you Leone!
