Good place to stay for friends, rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Lots of space for hanging out in the living area and kitchen, and the location is pretty decent with the station being in walking distance.

Perfect for young families. We had everything we needed. Jon and Jo were super responsive and made us feel right at home. We would defintely stay here again.

Stunning setting, beautiful grounds and the perfect break for a young family. Our kids loved the pool and the games room, very well situated for trips to Totnes and Dartmouth. Sheila and Richard were very welcoming and responsive hosts - we had a great time, highly recommend the space and the hosts!

Lovely place in South Devon and a great base for exploring the area. The location is beautiful with the added benefits of swimming pools and tennis courts. There is a local pub that is walkable and a local cafe for breakfast the ring feeder which is excellent. Otherwise a car for us was essential to go and visit all that South Devon has to offer.

The apartment we stayed in was lovely, very clean and the views in every direction were beautiful. We had a ground floor apartment so we could walk straight out onto the grass to look over the river which was lovely each morning and evening. The only thing that was a bit odd was the fact that we were billed for electricity for the week which was only mentioned briefly at the bottom of the listing description. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful and the pool was a great little extra to pass the time for the kids on rainy days! So much to do in the surrounding area that we didn't have time to do everything we wanted to

Donna was and may always be the best Air BnB host we’ve ever had, was the most lovely and genuine person and really made our stay in Devon perfect. The property was amazing we had almost no issues and had a great nights sleep ever night! Would definitely recommend you stay here if you’re heading to visit salcombe or the surrounding areas !

A beautiful high spec property, with all the home comforts. There was everything and more for what we needed for our few days away. Would highly recommend. Not forgetting the yummy pastries from the bakery 😋

The apartment is in a great location for the Quay and City centre. Kene’s communication was great. We couldn’t find on street parking but used a car park a short walk away. Everything was as described. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

What a beautiful gem of a home to stay, with rolling Devonshire countryside right outside the most incredible window. Honestly who needs telly with that view. Beth was a lovely friendly host, we were treated to local beers, milk and eggs from the family chickens. Our dog was spoilt too, with thoughtful snacks. The Sugar Loaf had everything we needed and Newton St Cyfres was a perfect base, with fabulous walks and a delicious meal in the dog friendly village Italian restaurant (not to mention beer at The Beer Engine). But I’m saving the best til last - the Hypnose bed! I’ve stayed in so many fancy AirBnBs that scrimp on bed comfort but not here - the Hypnose mattress enabled a great rest with no back aches. And the pillows were super comfy too. Highly recommend stay here

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We were delighted by everything the apartment had to offer and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We’re a young family of 6 and stayed for 4 nights during the Summer half-term holiday. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is very well located next to South Sands beach and adjacent to the Harbour Beach hotel. It was great to be able to make use of the pool & spa in the hotel. We all had a great time, and this apartment will definitely be on our shortlist for our next trip to Salcombe!

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! The location was within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. Having off-street parking is an absolute bonus in Exeter, and having room for 2 cars was fantastic. The proeprty has been modernised, itwas clean with good natural light and was excellent value. If we require accommodation in Exeter again, we would be trying to book here again

What a gem of a place! So glad we found this. Beautiful two storey apartment, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, large rooms with lovely high ceilings, had everything we needed and more. Beautiful sea views, ample free parking, friendly staff in apartment reception and hotel. Couldnt ask for me, would definitely stay again and highly recommend .

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything that we needed and much more. There are a number of shops close by with a little Spar a walking distance away - amazing location. All the rooms were clean and lovely to stay in. The shower! I could have stayed in the shower for HOURS if possible! It was incredibly handy to have the washer and dryer available too! John made sure we had some milk and orange juice in the fridge, not to mention the amazing cookies ready for my coffee. We will be travelling back to Exeter in September again and will 100% be booking with Bez again.

No 8 is a lovely house that has been beautiful decorated throughout. Everything is clean and modern and the welcome basket was particularly welcome. Elliot is a responsive host, we had a minor issue and he was straight round to sort it out. There are a lot of stairs so not for anyone with mobility issues. We would thoroughly recommend this house, we had a lovely weekend.

A wonderfully peaceful lodge and super helpful host, Abi. Deceptively spacious inside and beautiful sea views from the terrace. Terrific walks right from the front door too, wouldn’t stay anywhere else on future visits!

Highly recommend a stay here as you get a private house with the services of a 5* Hotel. Staff were VERY helpful, especially with my elderly parents.

A well positioned, clean, tidy and comfortable caravan on a fabulous site right by the beach with plenty to do. Caravan was lovely with everything we needed.

Wonderful cottage and garden with stunning nature surrounding it. The cottage is modern in feel with everything you could need, and felt very cosy with plenty to do (really enjoyed the table tennis in the barn!). Nikki was a great host and very helpful and responsive. We had a really enjoyable time here, and would quite happily return again.

What a perfect little stay and beautiful accommodation. Perfect location and very close to beach. Central location not too far from anything. Such a lovely family and Evelin and her family made this a fabulous stay. Will 10000000% be making a return. Spotlessly clean and beautiful interior design. Would recommend to all to come and sample this piece of heaven 👍🏼
