Situated on the Two Moors Way, this is a perfect bolthole after a day exploring. This self-contained little annexe with private entrance is attached to a 550 year-old former Mill in the rural hamlet of Ponsworthy, 3 miles from the famous Widecombe. Kitchenette, very small shower room, very steep staircase ascending to cosy bedroom with seating area + Sky TV. Outdoor seating area surrounded by trees and the sound of the river. Hound Tor Annexe, everything you need in one place

our annex is attached to our family home, you will have your own entrance and have full use of a private garden which is a real sun trap. There is one parking space for guests use, the property has CCTV for security. We do have our own dog’s which you may hear on occasions please bear this in mind when booking, our neighbours recently acquired 2 dachshunds that can be yappy sometimes. We are in an excellent location to visit beaches, and the local zoo, local eatery’s, Brixham Harbour, Dartmouth

Gulls Cry is a newly built annexe to our family home. With 2 vaulted ceiling bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the lounge area, this property will comfortably sleep 6 people. It has an open plan area downstairs with a fitted kitchen and dining table and also an outside space for a bbq. Off street parking is available for 1 vehicle. The property is ideally located for easy access to several beaches just a 5 min walk away. It is also on a regular bus route accessing all of Torbay and Dartmouth.
