The Red House on Cross Lake

This is a Cross Lake cabin that we renovated from an old catfish restaurant built in the early 1930's. We call it the RED HOUSE. There are three cabins on the property that we also use for visiting family and friends. We live on the property behind the houses and we all use the property and pier. Guest also have use of the pier/boat house. The house is at the end of the road on the lake. Although family also uses the property the cabin is quiet and private with a great view of the open lake.

Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. This is an older single-wide trailer that has been almost completely redone by my husband and I. It has a washing station for your fish. Plenty of parking for your vehicles and boats. Access to skinning rack. It is lesson than 1 mile from Black Bayou boat launch. It is approximately a 7 minute drive to Red River boat launch and 24 minutes to Caddo Lake. It is 36-45 minutes from both Downtown Shreveport or Texarkana. Very quiet country home! Sleeps 4 comfortably ( 6 guests max)
