The 2-room non-smoking apartment (55 m²), private staircase to the upper floor of our single-family house with kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed, sofa bed in the living room. Towels + bed linens are included. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate vicinity. The S-Bahn train station is a 3-minute walk. With the S-Bahn-Birkenstein, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property.

Barrier-free apartment with a terrace

Our apartment is barrier-free and is located directly at the Adlershof Landscape Park. A supermarket and a bakery are about 200 m away. The BAB highway can be reached in a few minutes and BER airport is about 15 minutes away by car. Still the apartment is quietly located. It is located on a cul-de-sac and a charging facility for electric cars is right outside the door. There is always a parking space in our residential area. A highchair and travel crib are provided.

A bright corner is featured, showcasing a white pendant light overhead and a lush green plant. Sunlight filters in through a large window, which offers a view of a building exterior. Decorative items are arranged on the windowsill, adding a touch of charm.

With open well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a friendly workspace. Bedroom with 2 single beds, Bathroom with tub and toilet as well as large living area with (sleeping) couch, TV and DAB radio A shower room is available on the 2nd floor.
