Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation on the pulse of Berlin. For many years we have enjoyed living on the water and it has always been our desire to bring this lifestyle closer to others. This thought came up with the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry ship Bj. 1925 is located close to the city right in front of the Rummelsburger Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Spacious, bright loft on Havel Island Eiswerder

Old meets new - living in a listed converted factory, built around 1900. In summer cool by thick brick walls, up to about 7m ceiling height and thermal curtains. Underfloor heating in all rooms, modern & comfortably furnished with large kitchenette fully equipped. A space for cars is right outside the door in the courtyard. Guests come to us who are looking for peace and quiet after a strenuous sightseeing tour in the city centre or who are exploring the beautiful surroundings by bike.

Your place in the Nature & close to the City

Feel at home in my cosy flat (40m2). One big room with a comfortable double bed 160x200cm. You have acces to kitchen and bathroom as well as terrace. The flat has its own entrance. Just 2 min away, there is a pretty lake. The house has parking place free of charge. A big Supermarket Netto is at the trainsstation where you can take a Regional Train to Berlin city centre twice an hour. The place is perfect for Nature Lovers, as there are many lakes in short distance around the area.

The apartment is located directly at the beautiful Lietzensee-Park. Hence, central Busses and trains can be reached within 2-10min. Messe-Gelände, Ku’damm & the castle of Charlottenburg are 10min by foot. All you need is close by, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Coffee, Ice cream… A bike can be rented for 8€/day, what might be useful to visit Grunewald forest or if you want to use the good bike roads throughout the city. It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

It has 2 bright bedrooms with 2 single beds each, which can be combined with double beds, a modern bathroom and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Free parking is always easy to find. For toddlers there is a high chair and a travel cot (please bring blankets and pillows for this).
