Vacation rentals with a patio in Berlin

Marianne was an amazing host. The apartment was amazing, clean bright and comfortable. lovely and quiet best night sleep I have had in ages. Great place to come back to after exploring Berlin. short walk from the urban to the place in addition to bus. lidl is short walk so was able to get the essentials. We would highly recommend staying here.

Sarah was incredibly kind and communicative during our stay. We stayed in Berlin for a month and her home was an amazing place to explore the city and enjoy the best Berlin has to offer. The apartment is also so beautiful! Would highly recommend to anyone heading to Berlin.

AMAZING!!! The place was clean, spacious and comfortable- I loved it! Location is also superb! The instructions were super clear and exhaustive, never even had to ask a follow up question. Good decor and they gave us sparkling wine as well. Only thing to note is bathroom is not attached in the second room and is on a different floor and the provided towels are really hard on the skin.

We had an amazing stay at Fabian ‘s place. The neighbourhood is very peaceful, perfect to rest. The appartement is perfectly equiped for an extended week end. The bathroom is absolutely amazing ! Fabian is also very friendly and responsive if needed, check out/check in flexible. I RECOMMEND!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay! Spacious, quiet, and filled with natural light. Everything was spotless, and communication with Noam was excellent – we always got a quick response. My personal highlight was the large terrace and the location. Super quiet yet right in the heart of it all! There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and Kurfürstendamm is just a few minutes away. It was the perfect base for exploring Berlin. We felt completely at home and will definitely be back! Everything was so lovely and peaceful. I stayed here for a month and if I could I really wanna stay more! After arrived here, I could feel the warm ambiance and there's a lot of sweet neighbors. Ulf also introduced to me in detail the various experiences that can be enjoyed around the neighborhood. The village is safe so you can go anywhere even if it's after midnight. (I can highly recommend here if you have children cause this place is really good for your child :) ) And if you walk like 6-7 min, you can find the market. Also you can take the S bahn, U bahn, tram and bus. If you prefer walking to taking the transportation, you can get to the Mauer park in 18 min by walking from here. The biggest reason I loved this house was because it was very warm and clean. And you can use the water purifier and plenty of cutlery. I can recommend this house for the long term guests. (and also the short term guest too!) If I could have any chance, I'll stay here again. Thanks to Ulf!

Beautiful and peaceful location, yet conveniently accessible to the city center within half an hour by public transportation.

It was a fantastic and exceptionally clean place. Everything was exactly as described, with no mistakes whatsoever. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We absolutely loved the stay. It was our first travel with the little baby. And we enjoyed it so so so much. The house was very cozy. The location is great. Quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. Incredible Italian restaurant is near by. The house was super clean. Bettina was incredibly kind and responsive. It was one of our best stays! 10/10 ❤️❤️❤️

The house is very nice and super accessible. The garden invites you to have breakfast outside and the beautifully restored rooms invite you to the evenings.

Very clean space. Close enough to nearby train stations for transport into Berlin.

The four of us did workation in Rico's place and it was great for that! In addition, we had great weather and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much! What we may have missed or misread that the accommodation is very close to the water, but that there is no proper access and the nearest swimming spot is a bit away (about 3km). Otherwise, there are two small places where you can see the lake (about 10 minutes walk) But otherwise everything is regulated by private entrances. Nevertheless, it was really nice and the house has everything you need! Also a nice terrace to eat outside, a garden with space. So really great!

I was visiting an institute in Freidrichschagen so very convenient. It's a very comfortable location, easy to get into central Berlin by train. Apartment was very clean, sunny, well furnished - a good apartment to come home to each day. Hosts were very welcoming and attentive. We would certainly stay again!

The apartment is very nice and communication with the owner also worked out well. The surroundings are very beautiful, but you have it a bit far into the city. However, if you are looking for a slightly quieter place to stay with a beautiful environment near the water, this is the place to be.

This condo is beautiful / stunning! Definitely worth the stay. Simon was helpful and accommodating with flexible check in. Great that it comes with car garage parking as well. Just a heads up because it wasn’t super clear in the listing that it is up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. Also the parking garage can be a little tricky to access in and out on foot, if we weren’t leaving super early in the morning I would have asked Simon for clearer instructions though.

We had a lovely stay at Nadja's place! The apartment was perfect - very comfortable and spotlessly clean - it had everything we needed. We felt relaxed there and slept very well. In a convenient location close to U Bahn. Highly recommend it and we would definitely stay again!

This apartment is absolutely recommended, we were warmly welcomed and felt immediately comfortable. As an ex-Berliner on a family visit, we have already tried different accommodations, unlike some others, we will definitely book this apartment again. Clean, attractively furnished, everything we needed and a private parking space, what more could you want! Lovely place, pretty quiet, lots of stuff in walking distance. Overall worth it!

We spent an extended weekend in Pascale's apartment and it was all perfect. The apartment is very well located between Kreuzberg and Tempelhofer Feld and super easy to reach. Everything is close and yet it is very quiet. The apartment has everything families with children could need, from the elevator in the house to existing toys, a changing table, children's dishes, a playground in the courtyard and much more. Pascale is easily accessible, has prepared its own guide with many personal tips and is also super friendly, helpful and empathetic. We highly recommend it!
