The apartment is very suitable for a week stay, as we have done with two of our children, with several people. Neat, clean, everything is present. Berlin is a big city and with the great public transport it is not so critical where you stay in terms of logistics. We have bought a public transport weekly card via the BVG app. You can then hop on any bus, tram, metro and tram without turning around. There is a metro station in front of the door and there are still a few within walking distance. For example, the Museuninsel is also very easy to walk to. There are a number of nice breakfast options nearby (our favorite Yada Yada) but otherwise the immediate vicinity of the apartment offers little in terms of entertainment, restaurants or shops. Nice and quiet, though. It doesn't matter to us, we're out all day. There is an organic(super)market right next to the apartment building. It is professional rental and we like that very much, not in another's house.

A light-filled bedroom features a spacious bed with crisp white linens and a minimalist design. Large windows provide natural light, and modern lighting adds to the calming atmosphere. The room is accessed through a sleek door, exemplifying a contemporary aesthetic.

As always it was lovely to stay here. I had the gold apartment on the second floor, which is my favourite because there is more light and a nicer view onto the courtyard (but both are nice). We had an issue with the door which was a bit of a pain but Kristina was very responsive and because it would not be fixed before I left, I was offered another room. The TV now has various streaming services (Prime Video, Netflix etc), which is nice when you are exhausted and want to relax a little. And as always too, it was super quiet at night, despite the lively Kiez outside with the restaurants and cafes all around.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Circus Apartments :-) It was in an ideal location for our stay in Berlin. Close to public transportation, within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, with an added bonus of a wonderful cafe attached to the hotel with fantastic food! The staff at the hotel and the cafe were all very friendly as well. Would definitely stay again in the future.

location of this place was ideal. quiet area close to transport and/or walking distance to the places we wanted to see. keys were not in box as stated for us to drop baggage off which delayed us some what. The host contacted us back within a few hours and we were able to then gain keys. I found the host very helpful and polite. Property was everything we needed. would recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful Airbnb apartment and it was a consistently positive experience. From the first second we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay pleasant right from the start. The apartment itself was stylish and tastefully decorated. It was clean and well maintained, which gave us a feeling of home. The amenities left nothing to be desired: The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking meals, and the cozy sitting area invited you to relax after a long day. The location of the apartment is particularly noteworthy. It was wonderfully located so we could reach a lot on foot. At the same time, it was in a quiet area, which ensured a pleasant night's rest. We will be back 😊 Thanks!!

Communication was great. Check-in easy. Affordable parking in the immediate vicinity. If we are looking for a place to stay in Berlin again, we will contact Duc Son again.

Very well located accommodation and well connected by public transport. Very clean and tidy. The rooms overlook the interior of the residence so are quiet, the living room overlooks a fairly noisy street. Well-equipped and functional apartment. We arrived late and the hosting was perfect. Our family stay was great.

Great space and location. Only thing is there was no AC and no big windows to open in the main area so it was a little toasty during the day so we kept the front door open for a breeze. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy

This apartment has every amenity and is perfectly outfitted. Unlike many places there was ample closet and clothes storage space. The bed was almost too comfortable! Clean and spacious and highly recommended.
