Vacation rentals in Berlin

We stayed here for our visit to do the Berlin Half Marathon. Great location with easy tram route access. Clean and tidy. Nice and spacious kitchen area. More than big enough for 6 of us. Nice bathrooms. Great communication from Oliver. Easy check in, Oliver was waiting for us on arrival.

The place is very very cozy and well equipped. From vacuum cleaner to dishwasher and associated tabs, everything is available. We felt very comfortable. Parking is available on the premises. We started the excursions to Berlin from here, which is straightforward due to the proximity to the S-Bahn station. Definitely recommend!

Within walking distance of the S-Bahn stop and yet quiet and through the beautiful garden in the countryside. Bungalow and garden were very well maintained and the hosts welcomed and said goodbye to us warmly.

The location of the house was central, very close to the metro, we were able to walk to the museum island and the wall. Soon there were plenty of restaurant options and affordable prices. But there were neighborhoods in Berlin that we liked a lot more, so think about the location well. The house was quite spacious, we were 3 people, but 5 people can stay comfortably, it was decorated very nicely, the balcony was very successful, there was an underfloor heating system, and we did not get cold on cold days. Since the house is big, it is harder to manage its cleanliness, I think, the kitchen could have been cleaner. But overall we had a nice time, thank you so much for everything.

We stayed at the place for a week and felt very comfortable there. We find the location perfect. In a few minutes you can reach the S-Bahn to get to Berlin. We reached Potsdam by car in about half an hour. And we could also enjoy a relaxing lazy day in the accommodation. We are completely satisfied and found our hosts extremely friendly.

For the 2nd time we had booked the place and it was all wonderful again! The location to the S-Bahn with which you are quickly in the city center or at the airport and the quiet surroundings are top. There was nothing missing in the house. Glad to come back!

I can't recommend this wonderful apartment enough. The neighborhood of Friedrichshain is incredible and the apartment is in the middle of everything -- weekend market at Boxhagener Platz; amazing coffee at Blau Boehne; multiple great restaurants within walking distance (Marafina!!); multiple grocery stores; easy access to trams, bus and metro. The place itself is very comfortable and quiet. Super clean and everything we needed. The staff is very communicative when you need something. I would return here in a heartbeat. A great introduction to Berlin. Wish I lived here!

Excellent location, within ten minutes walk to two train stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. We were delighted to discover Marlene Dietrich was born just around the corner! Gerhard was very responsive and would check in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as giving suggestions for places to go. Very quiet neighborhood, and a sweet view of the courtyard/garden in back from the kitchen window ... plenty of birds and squirrels kept us entertained!

Very clean and brightly designed apartment with connections to the U-Bahn, S-Bahn and tram right nearby. The nights are quiet, despite the active nightlife on the main road. There are also plenty of business and dining options right in the neighborhood that you can explore at any time. Thanks to the tips and reliable communication with Tamara, I felt very safe during my stay. For me it was definitely worth it and I can highly recommend the apartment! ☀️

One minor issue for me was that the shower in the bathroom was overhead only (not able to shower without getting my hair wet), other than that it was a pleasent stay, the hosts are very easygoing and gave simple and clear instruction.

We spent a wonderful 4 nights at Vanni‘s apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. It’s very spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Vanni was super responsive, very kind and he even let us store our luggage in the flat for a good while after check out time so that we could enjoy our last hours before catching the flight without having to drag it around. We felt very much at home! Complementary (and very good!) coffee and tea was highly appreciated! The area is fabulous! Very good public transport connection to pretty much everywhere in Berlin, great restaurants and amazing cafes, cute boutiques, pubs, bars, Biergarten, everything in walking distance. If you like the buzz of the city and also coming „home“ to a vibrant, typical Berlin, beautiful and very green neighbourhood this is the place to stay. We‘ll be back!

Wonderful stay at Toni's place. The interior design was so beautiful and everything was clean. All stated amenities provided. Walkable to local train stations and bus stops. Easy to communicate with host who also recommended a lot of good places to visit in Berlin during my stay.

Book the apartment regularly for business trips. Apartment, location and hosts are highly recommended!

nice small apartment with currently good facilities, quietly located despite the pedestrian zone, easily accessible on foot

We were there with four adults and a toddler and we all loved it. Everyone had their own room with bathroom, which was very comfortable. And through the existing garden, we could even be outside in the great weather. We'll be back.

Thomas was a wonderful host! Great location and beautiful home and decor. Thomas was accommodating and kind.

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

Nice place in quiet neighborhood 20 min from the city center. Quick response time from host and quick expedition on wishes from our end!

Excellent stay. Highly recommend

This place was what we were looking for in a quiet wooded area. It was close to friends and family, as well as to shopping and other amenities. The house was well equipped, clean and pleasant to use. The one significant drawback we noticed was that the sleeping areas are located up a very steep spiral staircase without railing or handgrips. We used the pull-out couch downstairs for sleeping, while our young adult children had the whole upstairs to themselves. In general, the house entirely met our expectations and we would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ilona‘s house. Everything was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. We had all we needed and Ilona and her husband were very responsive and proactive and helped quickly when we had little wishes that made our stay even more comfortable. We used Ilona‘s place for our trips to Berlin by train (about 30-40min) and were able to sleep well in a quiet neighborhood at night and be in buzzing Berlin during the day. There are also beautiful nature areas with lakes in a 15-20min driving range. We were 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space in Ilona‘s house as well as the garden. There’s a great Asian restaurant in walking distance as well as an Imbiss for quick meals, a bakery and an ice cream shop in walking distance. We would recommend Ilona’s place to anyone who is looking for a similar as described experience. Thank you, Ilona and Torsten!

We felt comfortable right from the start. Everything worked out great. Super nice landlords with whom we had a great conversation. There were also tips for things to do. When we noticed that we had no sugar, the landlady responded immediately and brought us some. Simply great and recommended. Should we be in the area again, we would book again immediately.
