Cheri was a wonderful, highly responsive host. She had everything in order for us, and her place was very nice, exactly as shown and described. It was very convenient to get to places and we liked that we were staying in a historic, lovingly restored and beautifully decorated house. Very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

What a great place! The loft had everything I needed to make a work trip feel like home. Great location with easy parking & a very comfy bed! I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

Great place to stay, quite area, proactive host. I really liked they had a drawer of odds and ends where other guests could leave things for each other to use. The lighting and temperature was great, space was plenty and the kitchen set up was perfect!

This was easy, clean, simple and Nicole was super generous! Easy walk to everything and the place felt new and pristine.

Dan's place was perfect and he is a great communicator. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan's Airbnb. Very close proximity to Sam Suplizio Field and the JUCO World Series. Easy to get around town from this location. Ryan's Airbnb was perfect for the two of us, very clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

This place was amazing! They were flexible with the check in when we originally through we were going to get in late. The first night we arrived the power was out for a little bit, but Suzzanne met us with lights and some candles incase we needed them. It came back on not too long after that(it was out of their control, the whole neighborhood was out). The place was clean and as described. We didn't spend a lot of time there due to having a wedding to attend and other festivities, but it was perfect for what we needed. They communicated well with us throughout the trip.

We stay at Airbnbs often, so when I say this property is outstanding, it really means something. This darling guest house is on a beautiful ranch with stunning views and room to wander. It's so well appointed with fun extras like a fire table (with skewers to make s'mores!), yummy flavored syrups for your morning coffee, cozy blankets and pillows, a spectacular shower (we already miss it! ) :)...and extremely responsive and friendly hosts. The unit is attached (though separate) to the main house, but still very private. The front porch adds a whole other "room". Don't hesitate to book with Jo Dee if you need a place to stay in Fruita (an adorable Western Slope town!) or you'll really miss out. Thank you!

This place was fantastic! Brand new, clean, and had everything we needed. If you are a mountain biker, book this place! It's central to all the trails. I can't wait to come back!

The house was just as described and the host was very accommodating. The location was perfect and we felt safe and happy while staying there. Everything we needed was provided plus some.

Sienna's place was the perfect location to walk to downtown and had a very nice fenced yard for our dog and a nice oasis for us to hang out in. I would stay here again.

This home worked perfectly as our home base for an extended family in town for a wedding. The large home and multiple living spaces allowed each “pod” to have its own space and bathroom while having shared spaces large enough to accommodate the whole group. The patio space and views are truly stunning. This is a great place to experience the desert and we personally loved the uniqueness and family history of the home. Hosts were responsive and also shared lots of great local reco’s. Home is also located very close to entrance for Colorado Monument which is a must do. Food reco: sandwiches from Hog and Hen on Main Street.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We loved sitting around the gas firepit out back. Very nice location.

From the moment we walked in we felt welcome and right at home! This place is so comfortable and cozy and decorated so cute, not one detail left overlooked. So many thoughtful touches in every room. The backyard is so inviting! We were able to walk to restaurants and shops easily. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We planned a last minute long-weekend in Grand Junction with my best friend and her little family and stayed at this cute lakeside condo. It was absolutely perfect for us (4 adults, 1 toddler, 1 baby). Plenty of space for us to sleep and hang out, lots of room for the 2 kiddos to play but still easy for us to watch them, and it was so clean! The owners were SO responsive and communicative - I had a few questions prior to check in and they responded so quickly and were really helpful. The location of the condo was great too - close to everything but also still in a more private/quiet area. We really enjoyed staying here and definitely plan to stay here again next time we are out that way.

Nicely set up, comfortable, quiet apartment right in the downtown area. Comfortable bed, good a/c, well set up kitchen. Walking distance to the river path. Easy drive to the Colorado National Monument. The hosts were prompt and helpful with their communications. The apartment is above a restaurant and during the day I could hear some noise from there, but not bad. During the night the place was quiet for sleeping. The downtown area has lots of places to eat and drink, and good shops. There are no major grocery stores downtown, but only a 10-15 minute drive to major stores. All in all I had a nice stay in the apartment.

Thank you so much for hosting us during the Special Olympics. The condo was super close CMU and there were lots of good food, coffee and things to do within walking distance. The condo was exactly as described and perfect for our family. Thank you again

This apartment is a wonderful place to stay! It is spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated. Kelly is very responsive to any questions. We love The Feisty Pint located downstairs. We loved every meal we had there. It is so easy to walk around the small streets of Grand Junction. Go and explore the stores and restaurants around the area. We will always choose this location when visiting Grand Junction!

Condo description exactly as it states. Felt very relaxed and at home. Had all the necessities we needed, and slept well. Would highly recommend!

We stayed two months here and have lots of good things to say about it: super close to the hospital which is what we were there for. Lots of amenities and very comfortable furniture. Very fast response to a small issue we had - took care of it within hours! It was surface clean but I did do some deep cleaning when I got there because the busy traffic on the street right beside the house just passes some grime onto the floors, blinds and seldom cleaned surfaces and that’s mostly because we had a toddler with us that loves to crawl around the floors and stick fingers into everything. There is a main thoroughfare immediately beside the house so traffic noise is constant no matter the time of day or night but most people probably wouldn’t notice if they don’t live way out in the country like I do. Otherwise I highly recommend this house and the rental company that care for it. Stellar folks.

We loved our stay here! We were in the area to do road cycling and we could access the Colorado National Monument and the river trail easily from the condo. The space was comfortable and clean, and a great place to rest and recharge after biking!

Absolutely perfect stay. A short business trip, 4 nights. All of what you need - great wifi, very comfortable beds, good quality Keurig coffee (I usually HATE Keurig, but they had high quality pods which actually were good), entirely remodeled unit, very clean and cared for. The outside of the unit is incredibly unassuming and you walk into a very beautifully designed and cared for property. The road noise in some reviews is true (however the main road is over a block away and it's not loud), however as a light sleeper, I had no issues or wake events. Will definitely stay here again.
