Beach condo vacation rentals in Fripp Island

This was a cute place in a beautiful development with nice amenities. The star of the show is the wildlife a short walk away. I got to see a bald eagle walking along the water one morning.

We could not ask for a better host. Patty provided everything we needed and more. She is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure the best stay possible. I have stayed here multiple times and hope to stay again in the future. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

My husband and I recently stayed at this condo for 7 days and had a wonderful time. The view of the beach and the pool was beautiful. We got to see 3 turtles in the pond by the pool. It is just steps from the pool and beach. The condo was very clean on arrival, and you have all that you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The smart TVs worked well without issue. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms to use after being at the beach. It is about 15 min to activities and restaurants. We had a great time at Low Country Watersports and did a Craig Cat tour (look it up!) and jet skis and had a blast. We also did a dinner cruise through through Vagabond tours at Harbour Town Pier. The views from the lighthouse were amazing with breathtaking sunsets. We had great food at The Crazy Crab (try the gumbo). It is only about an hour away from Savannah, so it’s very easy to take a day trip. Bed is super comfy!! Overall, the condo was a fantastic place to stay! We would definitely stay again!!

We had a great time and the place was very beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved it being ground level and a short walk to boardwalk. Bring your bug spray for sitting on the porch in the evenings.

Had a fabulous stay at Mike and Rachel’s home. Love the location, especially that it was on the beach especially since we have children. The unit was spacious, clean and just as described. Had plenty of games and TVs in all rooms for watching shows or movies. Parking was very convenient and fit our mid size suv under the covered garage area right by elevator to our unit. Exceptional host. There are cats walking around property which made me raise an eyebrow but during stay they added to the charm! We maybe saw 5 different cats while there so not many at all. David was always responsive and checking in and answered our questions immediately. Will stay again on his properties. The beach was our backyard and perfect for our very young grandkids. Property has been featured on HGTV in past years.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Hilton Head! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The condo itself was immaculate and thoughtfully decorated. It was clear that a lot of care went into making sure everything was clean and comfortable. The host was fantastic—she communicated quickly and provided us with all the information we needed, including recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. It made the whole experience so much smoother and stress-free. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway in Hilton Head. We can’t wait to return!

Terrific stay! I’ve rented a few condos here on Harbor Island over the past couple of years and this one was by far my favorite. The pictures online don’t really do the view justice - the condo and patio are positioned so that you have a direct view of the dunes and the ocean. It’s beautiful. The interior appears recently updated and everything was new and clean and modern. I had everything I needed for my week there When you stay on Harbor Island, make sure to stop by the Publix, Harris Teeter, etc on your way in and stock up. Harbor is a bit on its own out there but that’s the point. I recommend Seaside Bar and Grill a couple miles before the island for dinner (and Wednesday shrimp and wings). Johnson Creek Tavern is just past Harbor and has a lovely view of the inlet, but is expensive. Stop by Gay’s to pick up seafood for nights you plan on cooking in. This was a wonderful condo on a quiet, lovely island. I’ll seek this one out again for my next stay!

This is the best rental I ever had, extremely clean and tidy. The host provided everything we needed and I felt like at home during the stay. The host was very friendly and fast responding. Can’t think of anything that’s not positive. Well worth the money and would definitely recommend to friends.

This place is lovely! Absolutely recommendable *****. The place was very clean and lovingly arranged. The description and the pictures are very accurate. It also had everything you need even if you want to cook full meals. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night, perfect to have good rest after busy days. Elliott and Kylie are quick to respond, very friendly and super helpful. The location is great, very close to the beach, we could even walk there with elderly grandparents without a problem. The beach is great, not crowded and with amenities (bathroom, showers, water station, etc) Like other guests say: you'll definitely feel right at home there. We will be coming back!

I really enjoy staying at Jackie's place. This was my second time staying at her place and my third time staying in the complex. The location is great. Close to the beach, shaded patio and backyard area, centralized location, close to shopping, easy to find and great for traveling with a dog. Condo was clean, roomy, temperature was good in the condo and bed was comfortable. I really like the shaded walkway across the street. Easy to walk my dog in the middle of the day. A trolly runs every 30 minutes in the area to. And there is a restaurant/bar across the street. The condo is .3 of a mile to the beach. There is pay for parking closer. The city raised the rates for parking this year. They have signs up to pay. You just need your license plate number and a credit card.

We had an amazing stay at Oana’s place! It was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location—walking distance to great restaurants, shops, a beautiful marina, and the beach. The highlight was definitely the balcony with a gorgeous view of the inlet. I loved having breakfast while watching the sunrise and unwinding in the evening with the sunset. Her condo made our vacation truly special, and we can’t wait to come back!

We have rented many Airbnb homes over the years at the beach and in the mountains. This place was the best on every front. Every detail was thought through, from towels and linens, soaps and detergents, and a kitchen that has everything you would need if you like to prepare your own healthy meals. The screened in porch is a great space in Hilton Head with all the wildlife around but protected from the insects. I highly recommend this property and the terrific hosts that keep it in pristine condition.

Very nice Airbnb, comfortable beds, quiet surroundings. Never heard the neighbors or any background noise. The beach just a mile down the street was great for walking the dog and had interesting sandbars and tidal pools. Mary was excellent at communicating—always helpful, friendly and rapid responses. Would book here again!

Great stay at Marriott Monarch is Sea Pines. This is our second time staying ar this family friendly spot. Love that it’s right on the beach, has a heated pool and hot tub on property. We rented bikes for the week and loved exploring Sea Pines on bike. Condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook. We will be back!

This location is amazing. It rained almost the entire time we were there but it was simply enough to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. The condo was clean and comfortable. ☺️ check in was easy and we had a wonderful time! It was so quiet in the area which was very nice. We would definitely return! ☺️

The condo was clean with a well equipped kitchen, new furniture, comfortable beds, linens and clean carpet. In the description it states beach towels, chairs and a trolley are located in the condo. The only thing we found were the beach towels. We were told bikes were not included, we searched the Host & Home partner link and received an included credit for 2 chairs an umbrella, & 2 bikes for the week. The car placard to enter the property is located off site at the Host & Home office at 4pm.

Excellent condo, gorgeous views of the ocean. Place was beautifully decorated inside and clean, had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Location is amazing, close proximity to the swimming pool and the private beautiful beach. We also love the location of Palmetto Dunes, close proximity to shopping at Shelter Cove and top restaurants. We hope to be back soon.

This unit has a picture perfect location and we had an excellent stay. Finding a large unit wasn’t easy, but this one ticked all the boxes: spacious, updated, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. It was fully furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the easy walk to the beach and the stunning ocean views and sunrises every morning. The hosts provided clear instructions for a seamless check-in/out process. We would happily stay here again! ✨🏖️

Had a wonderful few days at this beautiful home! Beautiful views, super comfortable beds, big bedrooms, soft towels and bedding, and plenty of the essentials to do some cooking. The pools are great, my toddler loved the new baby pool area. Beach is nice and quiet. We loved seeing all the turtles in the lagoon and bringing them lettuce. Would definitely come back!

The condo was beautiful and very clean - lots of room to spread out; wonderful kitchen with everything we needed; large private bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole complex was very lovely and well cared for. Local Kroger was nearby for easy grocery shopping. Super easy beach access right out front. Wonderful beach with easy-walking packed sand and no trash anywhere. We loved the low tide times, wading in the warm water and exploring for shells. Renting beach gear was easy. The local Dune House bar and grill was a plus - we could easily walk there along the beach. Communication with property management was very prompt. We would love to return to this condo in the future! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time, it was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon! Terri is a wonderful host, adding special touches to the place to make our stay that much more memorable. Any questions we had were answered quickly. It had beautiful sunrises and moon rises. We definitely plan on going back the first chance we get.
