We really enjoyed our time in Viareggio and this apartment was perfect for us! We stayed with the baby and Giovanni and Francesca made sure that we have everything we need for the baby. We would stay again and I highly recommend this place!

Die Aussicht vom Balkon, dem Schlafzimmer und dem Esszimmer ist wunderschön. Der Garten ist sehr toll gestaltet und hat sogar einen Pingpongtisch. Es ist sehr ruhig und 5min vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und sehr wohlgefühlt, Iwona hat uns begrüsst und war sehr nett und sympathisch, wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war das sauberste Airbnb, in dem wir je waren. Der Privatstrand ist einfach zu erreichen, jedoch darf man kein Sandstrand erwarten und leider war die Treppe im April wegmontiert, sodass man nicht baden konnte.

Elisa ist super nett und bemüht sich sehr, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Sie hat uns coole Tipps gegeben und war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar und hat weitergeholfen. Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz, die jede Menge Ausflugsziele bietet. Danke Elisa!

Piccolo appartamento situato a 10 minuti dalle mura di Lucca. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone e ci siamo trovati a vero bene. Nella casa troverete ogni confort necessario, diversi asciugamani ,kit per igiene personale. Vanessa è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile,ci ha fornito molte informazioni riguardanti la città,ci ha cambiato check in e out con orari migliori. Consiglio a tutti questa casa,se dovessi tornare a Lucca ripasserò da Vanessa al Lucca in!

This place felt like home. You are within a villa which has lovely gardens to enjoy and strategically placed art to ponder. There is parking across the street if you have a car or a bus stop if you rather backpack your way around. We experienced both and each was a viable option. The air conditioning was very good, and there was ceiling fans which was a bonus. The wifi worked and was very useful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The location is just outside Lucca and perfect if you want to stay away from any crowds but also close enough to get to a lot of hot spots when desired. You get a local experience here…a bit of a time piece which is beautiful in itself. The host (Maria) was a delightful lady that provided much help and assistance as needed. We stayed for a month would have stayed longer if we could. I would definitely recommend this home in a heartbeat. Enjoy Italy 🇮🇹 🙏

Toller Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist perfekt – alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung von Daniel ist super schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt super. Der Strand ist sehr nah. Direkt gebenüber gibt es ein Restaurant mit sehr leckerer Pizza. In der Nähe gibt es einen Bäcker und einen Supermarkt. Wir haben uns von Anfang sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Daniel ist super nett. Daniel hat sich sehr viel Zeit für uns genommen und hat uns viele tolle Hinweise gegeben. Die Kommunikation mit Daniel war sehr gut. In der Nähe gibt es ein Kiosk an der Promenade, wo wir die wöchentliche Parkgebühr zahlen konnten. Die Promenade und der nah gelegene große grüne Park sind auch ideal zum Joggen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Bellissimo appartamento in un meraviglioso borghetto a poca distanza a piedi dal piu vicino Lerici( 15 min con una bellissima passeggiata). La terrazza vicino all’appartamento è una chicca sul mare per fare colazione o un aperitivo al sole. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentilissimi. Appartamento fornito di tutto, pulito, e posizione ottima anche per visitare i posti accanto.

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Logement très fonctionnel et très bien placé pour se rendre à la spezia, notamment grâce à l’arrêt de bus à 1 min à pied. Enrico et Marina sont très réactifs et aimables, et nous ont laissé plein de petites attentions. Ça donne envie de rester plus longtemps ! Je recommande à 100%

Angela’s place was fantastic and exactly as pictured! We had everything we needed and she was a fantastic, friendly and informative host! The location was great. I’d recommend Angela’s place to anyone.

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

L’alloggio rispecchia pienamente quanto riportato nell’annuncio. L’appartamento è pulitissimo e molto accogliente, con tutti i confort di cui si può avere bisogno. É presente la lavatrice, la lavastoviglie, il phone e il microonde. Nota super positiva per il parcheggio privato. Gli host sono molto presenti e super disponibili. Perfetto per visitare la zona delle 5 terre, La Spezia e il golfo dei poeti che si trovano a 10/15 minuti di auto. Super consigliato!

Stayed at Andrea's condo for a month, and can't say enough abut how great it was. Well-furnished kitchen, super clean overall, and just a mere 10 minute bike ride ( I rented a bike down the road for the month) to the Lucca wall, the train station, and the Coop supermarket. There is a great bakery (Forno Ghilardi), a butcher, and Trattoria "Da Ildo" less than 10 minutes walk. Cycling into the nearby hills a visiting the outlying villages was great, and the locals are very cycling friendly. Lucca itself has so much to offer in terms of cuisine, the arts, and sights, and even though it is a tourism mecca, it has to be one of the friendliest cities I've ever visited. For down time, my favorite thing was gilling in the yard at Andrea's place and enjoying dinner al fresco in a quiet neighborhood with views of the surrounding mountains and meadows. I can't recall why I chose Lucca in the first place, but staying at Andrea's was definitely the right choice, and I will come back.

Apartament położony bardzo blisko lotniska około 10 minut na nogach. Mimo takiego położenia jest cicho i spokojnie. Do dworca kolejowego też około 10 minut. Bardzo blisko sklep i kawiarnia. Mieszkanie położone jest z tyłu domu, nie słychać żadnych odgłosów z ulicy. Przy domu jest przystanek autobusowy. Mieliśmy bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Przysłał nam filmik jak możemy dostać się do mieszkania. W dniu wylotu mogliśmy bez problemu zostawić rzeczy. Polecamy ten apartament w Pizie. Monika i Janusz

appartamento fantastico, spazi ampi, puliti e luminosi. eravamo in sei persone, tutti molto soddisfatti. letti comodi, fornito di varie cose molto utili. potrei sbagliarmi ma mi è sembrato di non vedere un kit di emergenza che potrebbe essere molto utile.

Franco was the best host we’ve ever had! He was very polite and helpful the whole stay. He organized a pasta cooking class and even dropped one of the guests to the airport. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. All in all we would absolutely recommend this place and host!

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Helene’s apartment! It was well located and easy to get to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. It was also well located for day trips throughout Tuscany - by train and through private tours we booked. Helene was very responsive throughout the entire process. Tania coordinated the details for our arrival. Nicole met us and gave us a quick tour of the apartment as well as recommendations for grocery stores and sightseeing. She was also very responsive to needs and questions we had throughout our stay. We found it to be a very relaxing and inviting place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Lucca. Grazie Mille to Helene, Tania and Nicole!

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il soggiorno presso Casa Formentale. La casa era esattamente come descritta, pulita, accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. Francesca si è dimostrata un'host eccezionale: disponibile, cordiale e attenta, nel rispetto della nostra privacy. La posizione dell'appartamento era ideale per esplorare la zona, e abbiamo apprezzato molto anche i suoi suggerimenti su attività e luoghi da visitare con i bimbi. Consiglio vivamente il suo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza autentica e piacevole. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Es ist einfach großartig nach einem wundervollen Tag in Lucca in den heißen Whirlpool zu steigen. Die Terrasse ist unschlagbar. Es ist alles so gemütlich und ästhetisch eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich super wohl. Mit Emily funktioniert die Kommunikation super gut. Man ist schnell in der Stadt bzw. an der Stadtmauer, um mit dem Hund zu laufen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Un esperienza fantastica, l'alloggio era pulito e ben fornito (una cucina da far invidia a quelle di casa), immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità. Gentilissimi i gestori. Veramente un posto in cui tornare.
