New building, in a very peaceful, quiet condominium, with space for children, pets, sports, swimming pool, fitness center, easy access and ample garage, all very close to the beach. The listing description is true to life. The host was fully available, very helpful, attentive and quick to respond. I highly recommend this place

The apartment is beautiful and clean, exactly as shown in the listing. However, I found the communication with them too complicated, they rented us an apartment and in the middle of my trip, arriving in Itapema they warned that there was no Internet and would change our stay. The problem was that they canceled, so it took a few days to refund the amount paid. I had to stop in the middle of the trip to make the new reservation with them, without having received a refund. The good part was that they were very helpful and kept the same price for our stay. However, they could have facilitated the process, since the apartment problem was theirs and we were on the road arriving at the destination. They need to improve the hosting bureaucracy. If it weren't for that, it would be perfect, because the property is great.

Jeam was an excellent host, always attentive to our requirements. We were a small inconvenience with our vehicle and we were recommended by a mechanic, who attended us very well. An amazing place, booked in the middle of nature, private, close to places to visit and spend the day well and very well taken care of in every respect. We are located on the ap 03, super well equipped, clean and organized. Valmi was always super helpful and our stay was quiet and without any unforeseen events. It was really awesome!

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. We had a wonderful experience staying at Fabiano's place. It is a very modern, family-friendly, safe condominium with countless amenities and advantages for families with children (swimming pool, soccer field, basketball, ping pong, bicycles, etc.). The quiet hours are respected, guaranteeing a deep rest. It is located in an area away from the large concentrations of tourists, Morro das Pedras, and 15 minutes from the airport. The house has everything you need and even more to enjoy a stay as if you were at home. The photos do not reflect how nice and spacious the place is. Excellent internet as well as TV. A special mention to Fabiano's attention, who was very flexible, helpful and very friendly at all times during our stay, which went smoothly! We had a wonderful experience during the Easter holiday at Rrugem Beach! We stayed at the home of Márcia, who welcomed us well. We were in the family — 3 couples of adults and two children — and the house perfectly met our needs. The place is very quiet, a few minutes walk to the beach and the centrinho, which made our tours very easy. The structure of the house is excellent, with a swimming pool, barbecue, spacious patio, beautiful decor and everything very well equipped, just as the photos of the listing show. I highly recommend and we will definitely return!
