I stayed in Fernando's apartment for a month and half. I felt at home as the apartment is very well equipped corresponding to the one described in the listing. The neighborhood is very safe, organized and has a very good trade, including good restaurants. The apartment is quiet because it overlooks the green area, without passing cars. Fernando is a careful host and always willing to help.

Responsive, clean, organised and very very worth the money! both Raphael and Poliana were very helpful and clear with instructions. the flat is well stocked and has everything one would need. The pool and gym area were fantastic and we felt relaxed the entire time. great internet, very nice TV, Tea and Coffee making facilities were perfect and the beds were comfortable. AC units in all rooms and were very quiet. All in all, a perfect stay and fantastic experience. I recommend very much! Thank you!

We really liked the place very quiet condominium in front of the beach , close to restaurants , omnibus passes outside the condominium, very clean and organized apartment I recommend 100% to travel with family and have a good rest. Cheers.

This is a must!!! 2000% recommended. Brand new apartment, lots of amenities, great shopping in the surroundings, and at a walking distance if you take left go to Copacabana, and if you walk right, gorgeous Ipanema awaits you. Metro station at 1 block distance, Mércia has a piece of heaven in Rio.

An amazing place, booked in the middle of nature, private, close to places to visit and spend the day well and very well taken care of in every respect. We are located on the ap 03, super well equipped, clean and organized. Valmi was always super helpful and our stay was quiet and without any unforeseen events. It was really awesome!

The stay was excellent! The space is very clean and well organized (clean and fragrant sheets and towels) with very good taste in decoration. Joaquim was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the stay. I would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone!

Gustavo's place is very good, comfortable and clean. The nearby beaches surprised me, I didn't know it, I liked it very much! Communication with Gustavo was great. We'll be back for sure!

Great accommodation, I felt at home, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, were provided towels, pillows and sheets, mega cozy spaces. The hosts were very requested in everything, including in relation to check-in, which was ultimately super easy, as was the checkout About location, in the same block there are markets, gas station and pharmacy. A few minutes walk away, there is a mall, quadra, ferry, extra market and several amazing niteroi museums.

Wonderful apartment! Well located, a few blocks from the beach, close to markets and restaurants. The environment is beautiful, well decorated, with all new utensils, and super complete! Good, clean bedding, great showers, induction stove, washer and dryer, Smart TV, everything new and working. Come back for sure!

Apartment with excellent location, we were positively surprised by the number of attractions in the condominium, dry and wet sauna, tennis courts and others. There was an ice maker to supply your cooler at will to take to the beach. We were very well hosted and Daniel was very communicative, I intend to return on other occasions.

Our stay at Mauricio's apartment was great! I recommend staying there. It has all the necessary appliances, everything is very modern and comfortable. A few steps from the main center of English and the beach. The air conditioning didn't work the first day and they fixed it quickly. We would definitely stay there again!
