The apartment is great and very well located, between the stations of São Paulo/Consolação and oscar freire of the subway. My husband and I stayed for a week and everything was perfect. Communication with Rafael was very good and the check-in and check-out were super peaceful. The region has several bars, restaurants and bakeries. We really like it and recommend the stay!

Everything was perfect. The house was impeccable, the host super attentive. Bed linens, towels, kitchen things, everything was clean. There's a little market on the corner, too, which makes it a lot easier. I'll definitely be back.

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, neat, super safe and convenient to get in and out by car at any time. Very warm heated pool, wet and dry sauna, jacuzzi, gym and more... In addition, the beach in front is also very nice, especially for surfing. Everyone was very attentive, and the destination was beautiful in every way, I will definitely come back.

Great apartment. Located on an avenue where there are several shops. And the only point (not negative, just an observation) is that the beach is a little distant, sometimes with coolers, children or the elderly gets a little difficult. But great cost-benefit and fit exactly as in the pictures! We love it!

Neusa's apartment is the same as the photos. The view of the beach from the room is addictive... all the rooms have a view of the sea, even taking a bath to see the beach. The location is excellent, close to everything and next to the Carrefour market, which is open 24 hours. Concierge staff are very polite and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and I found the adapted bathroom superbacana. I went with my husband and my one-year-old son and we enjoyed it a lot. I intend to come back more often. The stay at Mr. Manuel's apartment was excellent. The place is extremely clean, organized, everything working and very comfortable. Location is great, it is close to the center. The two parking spaces are also a plus. The condominium is very organized and beautiful, employees are educated and sympathetic. we will definitely return.

I loved the apartment, it has a protective screen and mosquito net on all the windows, which was great because we took our kitten and he could be comfortable in the apartment while we enjoyed the beach. The place has everything to make the guest comfortable, good television, appliances, water filter, barbecue, cart with chairs and cooler to take to the beach, amenities that make all the difference. The host is very attentive and friendly.
