Mauro was very attentive and kind to communication and doubts. The apartment is comfortable and has the vast majority of the things we needed. Very clean and organized. The building has a heated pool, quite pleasant after a long day of the beach. The sauna was also clean and easy to use. I recommend staying at Mauro's place.

The location is good, despite the concentration of homeless people, which is a little scary. But a good part of SP has the same problem. Internally, the apartment is new, fully equipped and comfortable. The host was very flexible with check-in and helped when needed. They left several bottles of water as a courtesy. The Internet worked well, so I imagine this issue has already been resolved. The bathroom shower stall is really small, but nothing that gets in the way. The bed upstairs is difficult for those who are not small, but I lowered the mattress and solved the problem. Maybe putting a sailor's ladder and some protections would be safer, like a bunk bed.

Paulo was an extremely helpful host, communication was extremely agile. We answered all questions before the stay quickly, the check in and check out were great and flexible, the warm atmosphere and a great stay. We will certainly go back and recommend

The space was exactly as in the pictures — all very clean, well organized and welcoming. The house was super comfortable and felt safe throughout the stay. The location was also great, with easy access to everything I needed. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back. We were with family! Marcela's house is exactly as shown in the photos. Comfortable, tidy, and clean. Highlight for bed and bedding, in addition to concern for small details such as: water and hygiene utensils. The outdoor space and the sound of birds at dawn, portray the energy of the region. Our 8-year-old took advantage of the hydro at the end of each unforgettable trail. We recommend the space.

The perfect place for those seeking silence and contact with nature, but who do not want to give up an inspiring environment and beautiful architecture. The house is very beautiful, with an amazing view, a wonderful natural light. We took our 2 puppies and they loved running on the lawn and resting on the cool floor of the house. In addition, the house has video instructions for some utilities, which makes it much easier to use them, everything very clear! Felix was super kind and flexible and proactive in contacting us to find out if we had arrived well and if we were enjoying the stay. I highly recommend this experience, for a couple, a family or even for those looking for a moment just to enjoy their own company. 🥰

We had an amazing experience staying at Naza and Tim’s lovely home. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The location was perfect and a close walk to the beach! Lisandra was absolutely amazing when handling the check in process and check out. Very helpful and made the experience soo much better. The condominium has a complete structure and is located in the noble area of Ubatuba . Close to restaurants , shops , bakeries and etc If you want to be well installed , I recommend

We had a problem with the air in the children's room (it didn't turn on) and they changed it immediately, giving a quick response and according to the service.
