We had a long stay working remotely, the house is beautiful and quiet. Ideal for families or couples. You can walk to the beach. We had two markets and a gym nearby. It is also minutes away from Praia do Rosa and Garopaba. We used Uber as we went without a car. The house is great for a good vacation, more beautiful in person.

Apto well located and with easy access to Praia

The apartment is wonderful! Only the air-conditioning of the room that we feel did not freeze much and in the main suite there is a door that passes the light very early. Carolina’s place was amazing! We were able to enjoy the family and have lots of fun, very much kid friendly and there’s a swing that was able to help my autistic son to regulate his sensory needs. The gourmet area is amazing, we asked if she knew someone to make breakfast and cleaning while we were there and they were amazing too breakfast with Esteli in that gourmet area and the house cleaned by Sirlene and Paula is definitely an extra you want to add when on vacation. Great location, great service from the owner! Spacious and proper environment for welcoming many people! The stay was excellent! Fomo in a group of 13 people and everything went well. The only downside is that the house is a little far from the beach, but it was possible to walk (25 minutes of walking) or electric scooter.
