Vacation home rentals in Floresta

We were two Canadian couples staying for 5 nights (after visiting Milano/Genova), with a car that we rented at Catania airport. We arrivred at 9PM but our host Nando was communicating us and received us in person. Upon arrival, fridge had some complimentary sandwiches, juice drinks and snacks, and a delicious homemade cake. Lovely place, peaceful, spacious, additional to detail, comes as advertised. Beautiful 180 degree view, when sitting outside by the pool, and even from main salon/kitchen. Loved the bedrooms and in particular the high quality mattresses and sheets. Made good use of the washing machine as we had a lot of laundry from our first week in Italy. Nando was very thoughful and proactive in checking in on us and suggesting places to visit and eat at. Good location, about a 10-15 minute drive to Taormina parking and a short drive to get on highway to visit Mount Etna or Syracuse/Ortigia. We had a wonderful stay in Sicily, thank you Nando!

We stayed 2 weeks and it was a great base for exploring the east side of Sicily and Etna. A hire car is essential as the apartment is located in a quiet spot away from the main centres. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with great views from the wrap around balcony. The swimming pool was a real bonus - we made use of it most days. Salvatore & Antonio were very helpful and responsive to requests (many thanks!). Highly recommended if, like us, you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

We came to Capo d’Orlando by chance and we are so happy we found this place! The host Monica and her husband are very pleasant, attentive, professional hosts, the place is clean and has everything you need, the garden/backyard is huge and luxurious, there is a private parking and an amazing beach is just behind the fence. Kids can play on the grass freely and safely. We loved it and would definitely recommend this place!

My husband and I booked this beautiful Airbnb at the last minute, and we felt extremely lucky! The house is a recently renovated local property, and exudes charm and authenticity. Carmen was very friendly and communicative, and welcomed us very well. It's rare nowadays to see a host who welcomes you in person and gives you all the tips about the place. Letojanni itself is a charming little town, with great beaches and restaurants. Airbnb's proximity to Taormina and Forza D'agro allowed us to do all the tours possible. Anyway, we made a great choice and highly recommend this Airbnb!

Aurora's apartment is wonderfully centrally located and just a few steps from the lively promenades of Reggio (Corso Garibaldi, beautiful shops!) and the magnificent Lungomare Falcomatà (Via Marina - the "most beautiful kilometer of Italy") with the best ice cream parlors in town "Cesare" and "Sotto Zero" away. The view from the balcony to the Stretto and Sicily is wonderful. The furnishings are tasteful and functional - the bed extremely comfortable - everything sparkling clean! Aurora is an excellent and super friendly host, always responsive and helpful. I arrived on a public holiday and she surprised me with Easter candy - gentilissima! I recommend this small but nice apartment to anyone who wants to be in the middle of it!

A lovely quiet and relaxing place to stay. Ideal for couples. The apartment was clean to a high standard and had a really comfy bed, we asked for extra pillows and we were given them straight away. Lovely swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. It was very quiet around the pool and on some days we had it all to ourselves. we stayed in a ground floor apartment and had a lovely terrace to sit outside. fantastic air conditioning and kept the room lovely and cool. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Plenty of room for free parking right outside.

Amazing place exactly as described. Suitable for anyone who prefers peace, solitude, and wonderful views of the surrounding area. Hosts are very accommodating.

We felt right at home and can‘t wait to be back. Antonello and everyone around was so friendly. The place is simple and peaceful. We woke up and had breakfast with a view of the sea and the Edna. They offered a taxi service for a fair amount of money when we needed a ride back from Reggio Calabria.

The apartment is in a very good location, and very functional! Everything is available in the apartment, just like at home :) The sea view is fantastic when you wake up! It's easy to park on the street at the top of the apartment, but with a big one you have to be a good driver to park right in front ;)

Our stay at Vincenzo was relaxing,the house is situated in front of the sea,peaceful neighbourhood,the house was clean,thank’s for the Limoncello,easy flexible self check-in

We had a wonderful time as a couple in this delightful Airbnb. The contact was very easy, the hostess and host were quick to respond and helped with questions. The tennis court, the pool and the rest of the facilities have given us a great end to our vacation. In addition, the owners are extremely sweet and cordial people. The apartment is very spacious, extremely clean, with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom is spacious with an exceptional shower, the living room/kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom is very bright. Complete a small garden with a relaxing and rocking area with a sea view. Sebastiano and his brother were more than hospitable, allowing us to check in late in the evening despite the very poor notice and welcoming us with a very nice bottle of wine and sweets in the area; always ready to provide useful advice and all the support requested. The accommodation is located in a very quiet area a few steps from the pretty seafront of Aci Trezza, in a strategic position to visit renowned towns: Etna, Taormina, Alcantara gorges less than an hour away

Beautiful apartment with everything you need on vacation. Supermarket and restaurant are about 10 minutes by car and in and around Nicolosi there are numerous providers for Etna hikes or quad tours. Alessandro was super helpful with lots of tips for the area and even contacts with Etna hikes. Everything very clean and a small supply of water and cooking basics in the kitchen. The apartment is a little clairvoyant, which is not bad. Even when the owners were there, they were very quiet and even gave us fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden! Definitely recommend!

We spent 10 fabulous days in this beautiful villa for 10 people. Very clean villa as soon as we arrived and very welcoming and caring host. The villa is very spacious for 10 people. Everything was as described. The garden is splendid and very well maintained. We highly recommend it and would not hesitate to go back. Despite the mixed weather, we were able to enjoy the outdoors space. Thanks to our host for their kindness.

House was clean and as described. Few things like shower stall would be worth a fixing, but it’s nothing that would ruin your experience. Overall great stay! Would recommend.

Incredible location for exploring Taormina. Very close to the main street and lots to do nearby. Very easy check-in and really responsive host. Comfy bed, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Can’t ask for much more for the price!

Fantastic getaway in Solarino. Well placed for day trips to anywhere in Sicily. Great host. Beautiful pool. Comfortable bed. Plenty of amenities. Couldn’t ask for more.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alfie and Monica’s place. The gardens and pool made it a welcoming place and the apartments were very nice, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for our daily trips to Taormina, Etna, and the many wineries. Monica gave us excellent restaurant recommendations of nearby and Sicilian cuisine, including one just up the street that we loved and are at several times. Monica and Alfie were exceptional host and have an exceptional property that I will recommend to family and friends.

Everything is new, clean and simple! Giancarlo is very kind. the kids enjoyed the very clean pool too. i would highly recommend it!
