Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Floresta

We have been using Airbnb for many years now, so when we meet very good hosts we recognise them straight away. Agatino is naturally able to make you feel welcome, the villa is very elegant and the garden is very well maintained with a very nice view of the vignard. Nothing was missing inside the house and we actually didn’t know that breakfast was included, so a nice bonus. In other words we only stayed two nights but we wish we had stayed longer.I hope we will have a chance to come back again.

Great villa with a lot of space and many bathrooms. Beautiful view! Host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The actual place matched the photos and for sure worth the price we paid.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Fernando's house. The view of Mount Etna was beautiful and the space was charming. And we were greeted with a bottle of wine, water, and cookies. The biggest limitation is that, as indicated in the listing, the space does not have WiFi, but it is possible to have mobile data.

Adorable cottage with incredible views! It was perfect location for the three of us. Smack in the middle between Teormina and Catania with gorgeous Reposto in between. That is if you have a car. The accommodations are just as described and on the photos. Maybe a little more of a seating area in the living room would be fantastic since that is where the internet is the strongest. Otherwise the garden, the jacuzzi, the neighborhood - all are beyond enjoyable! We would love to come back. Oh, yes, if you are thinking about hiking Mount Etna - just ask Andrea! You would have the BEST experience possible!!!!

**5-Star Review: A Slice of Sicilian Paradise** We spent an unforgettable week in June at *Villa in Campagna con Piscina* and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were completely enchanted by the stunning beauty of the home and the surrounding gardens. The villa is even more gorgeous than the pictures—tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and filled with charm. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure comfort and relaxation. The gardens are a true highlight—lush, colorful, and meticulously maintained. Waking up each morning to the sound of birdsong and the scent of blooming flowers was pure magic. The pool area is equally serene and private, perfect for lounging in the sun or enjoying a quiet swim under the Sicilian sky. What makes this place truly special, though, are the hosts, Anna and Sergio. They are incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Their hospitality made us feel more like family than guests. F

The accommodation is cozy and invites you to relax. Surroundings are quiet and the view is awesome. However, it is advisable to have a car on site because in the small village of Puntalazzo, shopping facilities are limited. The nearest major city (Giarre) is about 20 minutes by car, but that's perfectly fine. The parking facilities right in front of the house can be challenging depending on the car as it is a bit angled. However, there is a parking space 1 minute away. Orazio is a great host, he is quick to respond and gives good recommendations for the area and restaurants. He is extremely interested in enriching the stay and is always easy to reach🤩 Absolutely great. 👍

We are out of time in Montalbano and at Antonina's, we only feel peace, wonder and serenity.

Francesca and Enzo's small house is ideally located at the foot of Etna but also in a peaceful, pretty and very pleasant locality, with all the facilities. We had a great stay there to visit the entire east coast of Sicily. Francesca is particularly attentive and gives very good advice. We highly recommend it to guests looking for calm, authenticity and contact.

Wonderful house and location! We loved it here. The house has a lot of beautiful furniture, as well as an open terrace with a great view. The host Franco was so very kind, gave us many recommendations on local beaches and cafes

Our stay in Taormina was absolutely unforgettable, and Sabrina's Airbnb was a true highlight of our trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the city center, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The views from the property were breathtaking, and we found ourselves pausing often just to take them in. The space itself was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel both elegant and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base during our time in Sicily. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment in a great location. It comes with a balcony with a great view on the mountains, the sea and Taormina. The apartment has everything you need. Also a few drinks and snacks. It has a free parking spot on the premises. Couldn’t find any other Airbnb with free parking. Restaurants, bars and beach are reachable by foot within 5min. The host Alessandra is a very nice person, she helped us with our luggage, gave recommendations and even a little gift after checkout. It’s on the 4th floor and has no elevator, but for us it was not a problem. Due to its central location it can be a bit loud. It’s not located by the main road but motorbikes in the whole area are just loud. In the night it gets more quiet, no more trains and you won’t have any problems to sleep. I highly recommend.

This is a spacious airbnb with a wonderful view of Mt Etna. 5 minute drive to the local jeep tours of Mt Etna. Local grocery store just down the street. Comfortable beds. Would definitely come stay here again next time we visit and bring more family to enjoy the space and view!

My 3 sisters and I stayed for our annual European trip and the apartment met out needs and more. Every morning was spent on the balcony taking in the breathtaking views. Taormina is the jewel in Sicily’s crown with so much to do and see including a taste of opera, history, boat tours, beaches, shopping, gelato and more. 5 days was not long enough. Local shops and amenities are on the doorstep and you couldn’t ask for a better location with easy access to the cable car and bus stops etc. Very easy pick up/drop off for Uber. Steps are a feature of the area so pack at least 1 pair of sensible shoes!

Had a wonderful stay, perfect!

I stayed at Francesca's place for a week. The house is in a perfect location, very close to lidl, supermarkets and shopping centers. Just 10 minutes by car from the center of Catania (for the type of trip I had in mind it was a perfect house) plus it is slightly raised on a hill, and on the warm days of August we had the pleasure of breathing some fresh air! 15 minutes from the house are also beautiful sea areas (such as "the caves of Ulysses"). Francesca is very helpful and open to dialogue! Overall a positive experience!!

Elvira’s place was very clean and so spatious! The view was amazing and the sound of the waves was so peaceful. Elvira was very friendly and always answered quickly. We had a beautiful stay at her place. We would definitely recommend!

Villa Gorna is an amazing location with fantastic hosts. The property is as described and photos are accurate. A lot of care was taken to put nice extra features. Orazio was very responsive and helpful, with offers available for tours etc. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

This was our first visit to Sicily. We were a group of 8 with 3 families. We had plenty of space & privacy. The home is truly as beautiful as the photos & is like a step back in time. Maria is an amazing artist who added her special touches all over the home This was Francesco’s grandfathers home built in the late 1800’s. The backyard overlooks the town below & the ocean w Mt Etna on the other side. Magnificent! The added bonus of Rosaria’s services made us feel incredibly pampered. Her services are an additional fee but are very well worth it. She cooked 2 amazing meals for us (her chicken cacciatore is the absolute best!). She also helped secure a restaurant reservation & transportation. Note that a driver or rental car is a must. Unless you are fluent in Italian you will need translation apps. Truly a lifesaver as Sicilians often do not speak English. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever fortunate enough to visit the beautiful island of Sicily.

Marco’s villa was just what we needed. We were two elderly couples, with lots of traveling experience. We needed a place with two bedrooms and two baths, and this villa fit the bill. Outside, the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. It was only a couple of minutes drive from the center of town. The villa had a beautiful garden around it, which made it peaceful. The villa was clean and comfortable, and gave us space when and where we needed it. The kitchen was fully operational but we only needed the basics, which Marco had provided. All in all an outstanding experience.

Nunzio was incredibly friendly and helpful! The house is beautiful and the location is amazing. The road to get there is a little rough but once you arrive you are greeted by 4 lovely cats and Bianca the dog. Everything went smoothly and Nunzio was always ready to help with whatever was necessary and gave lots of recommendations. Would recommend everyone to travel inwards instead of just staying along the coast and visit this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Antonino’s place. The house was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located for exploring Taormina and the surrounding area. Antonino was a fantastic host, always helpful and quick to respond. One of the highlights of our trip was the amazing dinner he prepared for us by the pool one evening. It was a truly memorable experience and such a generous gesture. Thank you for everything, Antonino, we hope to come back one day!

It was an unforgettable experience. The location was stunning. It was a real pleasure to stay there. The people who welcomed us were incredibly kind. Everything was very clean. The hosts kept checking in to make sure we were doing well and helped us with all our questions. We are truly grateful for this experience. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

A great home away from home for the Christmas Holiday. The kitchen was amazing and allowed for us to make all our traditional Christmas dishes. Furthermore, the living room was cozy. The couch was perfect and allowed multiple people to curl up and watch Christmas movies. Additionally, the gaming room provided much needed space for board games, karaoke, puzzles, and reading. The house was immaculate, and our host was absolutely wonderful. We showed up late the first evening and our host made traditional Sicilian delicacies for us to eat. The arancini were delicious. I would 100% come back, especially in the summer so I can enjoy their beautiful pool. 100% recommend.

My stay at Sarah’s villa has been one of my favourite on airbnb so far. The property is traditional and spacious with two large terraces that overlook the coast to the front and mount Etna to the rear. Its location within a Lemon grove provides an ideal peace and quiet, whilst still being near enough to the local villages to make shopping and eating out easy. Sarah is an excellent host who was responsive at all times and went out of her way on several occasions to help us out (dropping off an iron and ironing board, meeting us at the police station after a minor road accident, and dropping us off at the train station at the end of our stay). She was also greatly informative about the local area. A car is essential as the property enterance is on a tight country road that isn’t easy for those on foot. I’ll definitely be visiting again.
