Monthly Rentals in Ferndale

My wife and I stayed here for a work trip and it was the perfect, peaceful place we needed. There’s plenty of privacy and nature all around, very quiet and exactly what I needed to wind down at the end of work day. Plus, there’s very friendly cats that don’t bother you unless you want to pet them. We highly recommend staying here and will be back for future trips!

Alexas place was perfect for our stay. Roomy for 2, very clean, and she added her farm made yogurt as we had to leave very early. Thank you!

From the moment we walked in, we liked the inviting feel of this home. The large & well stocked kitchen was great for our girlfriend getaway! The 4 of us each had our own room and every bed was comfortable. A quiet & peaceful spot with an enjoyable short walk to the downtown area filled with beautiful old homes to enjoy along the way. This may be the favorite place either of us have stated, in over 15 years. It was cozy, and super welcoming! The beach and parks nearby are gorgeous. The town is adorable, and the coffee and pastry we got were perfect! There's also a beautiful yard, nearby fields of cheerful cows, and easy access to the main street. Most of all, it felt homey and thoughtful. This was a stop on the way back from an interstate, urgent trip home. We'd never heard of Ferndale, and we were traveling with two rescue dogs for the first time, so it was stressful to start. But this was so cozy! Dogs dishes, every kind of coffee, a heat lamp and plethora of toiletries in the bathroom... It just felt... Peaceful and welcoming. It wasn't hotel like, it was a charming bit of peace and quiet in a shockingly beautiful town. While regular travel is a bit of a stretch for our budget, I fully intend to come back here as soon as we can. I'm so grateful to Peggy for our stay!
