A very spacious and well-equipped place to stay. Very close to downtown but in a very quiet area. 100% recommended.

Luciano's villa was everything we expected and more from comfortable beds with pristine laundry, great showers, fully equipped kitchen and in the best location. The views off of the veranda were simply stunning and we enjoyed spotting the birds and watching the deer grazing in the evenings. Our communication with Luciano and his family was great and they were very quick to respond when we messaged them, nothing was too much trouble. We traveled many miles on our weeks stay, Italy is simply beautiful and we cannot wait to return. To future guests - if you like peace and tranquility, beautiful countryside with stunning views and picturesque towns and villages we would highly recommend a stay in Luciano's villa. This place is out of this world beautiful. Perfect if you're looking to relax and enjoy nature with stunning views all around. Paula is the ideal host, gentle and kind and helped us out when we needed. Rent a car and you can travel to many beautiful places, as the Marche are well worth a visit.

We arrived in the dark but Michele's information was very clear. The house is perfectly matching the description. Very clean! It is surrounded by greenery and offers every comfort you need to stay. Michele is a super host. Welcoming, always available and ready to give information in a timely and competent way.
