Beautiful rustic nestled in the green hills near Urbino. Ideal for sightseeing in and around the city. Mara was extremely kind and friendly. The perfect anti-stress place for those looking for a stay in tranquility and peace.

The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

Very spacious house with many rooms and two bathrooms, plenty of space to park multiple cars. Friendly and helpful host, he provided us with a lot of information about beautiful places to visit nearby.

Brand new apartment, cozy and with attention to the smallest details. The hosts are very nice, friendly and very hospitable people.....we will come back again

We were only passing through and needed a place to sleep, but was nevertheless a nice stay. Small, cute room, clean and cozy. Quiet environment, parking in front of the house. Hostess was super friendly We enjoyed it.

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Liliana's was excellent, everything was last minute since we didn't plan to stay in Ancona and she was super nice to us, she offered to pick us up and also take us to see the nearby city. At all times she was ready to meet our needs and make our stay as comfortable as possible, and she did it! As for the location, it is a quiet area away from the city but you can get to the beach in less than 10 minutes on foot. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and as shown in the photos. We had a great time at Gabriel's. We did not meet Gabriel personally but he was always concerned about our satisfaction. His bikes were very useful. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the beach but a bit far from the train station and the historic center of Rimini (25-30 minute walk). The only downside is the presence of several dogs (locked in the courtyards) that bark at all times. Fortunately the night is quiet.

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

Genuinely one of the best air bnbs i have stayed in. The location is unmatched, the space is beautifully renovated, the house was very very clean and had everything we needed.

The loft was very nicely decorated and just like in the photos. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is super central – and in just about 5 minutes you can walk to the beach. Having a kitchen is something to consider as off-season you may not find so many opened restaurants nearby. Filippo is a great host.

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication throughout the whole process was great! The place was the perfect distance from the beach and the bikes were a great bonus to get around. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay within distance to see Bellaria-Igea Marina, Rimini, Riccione, and San Marino.

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Very nice apartment, with a delightful view and excellent usability of the outdoor spaces. The apartment, expertly renovated, offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Excellent location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the road and reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the promenade allows you to arrive in a few minutes. Friendly welcome and helpfulness from the host. Recommended solution!!

Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. He is friendly, patient and super personable. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

I booked last minute, Alessio was super responsive and confirmed shortly after booking. The house is very well cared for and within a private and quiet area with the possibility of parking. i would definitely come back

We stayed for two nights and overall we had a very good time. The place was clean, welcoming and equipped with everything you need, even with small extra comforts that are nice. The area is not really the most refined, let's say a little "spartan", but it is very close to the sea and convenient to get around. The environment was pleasant and the host was attentive and well organized.
