Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Strategic location, close to the center and access points to the sea. Very clean property. Owners very attentive to needs and available for any need, directions and suggestions on the stay. Well-organized breakfast.

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

Ive been travelling to Italia for about 2 months. All the way from the top to the bottom. And ive been staying at many accommodations through this app. And this house (hotel) run by Filippo in Longiano was the best. The location is exceptional and the host is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast comes with the stay at the lounge is beyond the line of typical Airbn stay. It's a hotel quality

Very nice place to stay with a great and artistically designed room almost right on the beach. Roberto has been a super friendly and very nice host. The breakfast offered was super tasty and you had a lot of choice, also the cappuccino was great! We definitely recommend Roberto's place and would be happy to come back.

We had a pleasant stay at Lucas'. Everything was perfect. A carefully maintained residence, perfectly clean. The room is very well insulated from noise, comfortable bedding. Breakfast is very hearty with fresh, quality products. As for Lucas, he is attentive to his customers, accommodating and very pleasant. We highly recommend this property.

Elena and her husband are very warm and attentive to their guests. Impeccable cleanliness, the studio is very large and easily suitable for a family with multiple children. A plus, with a large garden and pool. Breakfast is hearty.

We stayed for three days and had a great time with the staff of the property, all very kind and helpful with typical Romagna warmth! Breakfast was good and there was everything you needed, clean and fragrant rooms, the hotel's location was very central and convenient for getting everywhere.

Marco and Karen's property was beautiful, and just what we needed for our trip for a wedding in the area. They were proactive and attentive communicators before and during our stay, giving us clear instructions to locate the property and check in while they were away. Would recommend.

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

my partner and I stumbled upon this absolute gem of a place by accident when we had to book a few days and by far was one of our favourite places! Both Davide and his wife made us feel at home and made us breakfast out of their own produce which was an absolute dream and the location the view and the vibe was an actual dream! We come from Australia and the one thing I can knock is i wish we stayed longer! if I could give it a 12/10 I would!!

Very close to the tourist caves of Frasassi, not only! The surroundings are beautiful. Although we could use the kitchen, we didn't, because there are good and relatively cheap restaurants. Good Italian breakfast with a very good self-produced yogurt. Quiet and comfortable beds, we had a great night's sleep.

How had a wonderful stay in villa. Maria and Tazio are the best hosts you can imagine. They lovingly take care of all the guests The house are beautiful and modernly furnished. Our room was very clean and we felt very much. The absolute highlight is the delicious breakfast in the morning. Probably the best breakfast we've ever had. Very family friendly place especially if you have small children they will enjoy the stay. There are some animals, big space to play. The host Giulia and Nathan were great host, very friendly and so accomodative. The place was specious enough, very clean and had all you need even for self catering. It's not far from gubbio if you hope to visit historic places in gubbio and around. Make sure to get yourself the hand balm, it's amazing. Try the honey too. My family is looking forward to visit butterflies rest again soon.
