Vacation rentals in Falerone

Danilo was always ready to answer our questions and available to our requests. The place is spacious and clean, perfect for stays with friends and very close to the Servigliano Peace Park where we went for a concert. We also really appreciated the very good tart that Danilo gave us when we arrived.

Comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting. There is a nice kitchen and everything you need. The view is even better than it looks in the pictures. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There is growing everything you can pick in the lovely garden they have landscaped. It can get a little warm in the bedroom, but good ventilation helps in the evening.

I you are looking for peaceful place with breathtaking sceneries, this is it. The house is cosy with nice view and all accessories to enjoy the stay. Marco was very helpful and waited till late. It was one of our best experiences.

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

This was my second time staying at this wonderful cottage, but this time I brought my boyfriend who also fell in love with it. The views across the valley and up to Loro Piceno Centro are unmatched and can be enjoyed from the private terrace where we ate most of our breakfasts and hung out, even in mid-October. This time we fired up the wood-burning hot tub as well, which stays warm with the cover on for a few nights so it's worth the effort! If you're in the area, this is a must-stay if it's available.

The place exactly matches the photos, we found it super clean and fragrant, and it's actually comfortable, like feeling at home. It was exactly what we were looking for, and the view definitely does its part. Massimo is a proactive and super helpful host, and this is certainly not obvious. Everything is easily accessible on foot - also the parking space in the garage is a great plus. We recommend it to everyone, especially couples, it's a perfect place to stay. Marcos apartment was exactly as advertised and most comfortable for our group. The view from the balcony was worth the trip to Italy. Wonderful restaurants and gelato nearby and a nice supermarket within easy walking distance. Great parking and the whole experience was great for my mobility challenged husband. Marco’s recommendations for areas to explore in the Marches were very helpful. Mille Grazie to a 5star host.

My family and I were happy to stay at Francis home. We felt at home right away and we will stay there again in our next visit to the area. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Alessandra’s place. The apartment is very close to the Plazas where you can find nice cafes and restaurants. We were able to explore the surrounding mountains and enjoy some beautiful hikes in Mount Sibillini National Park (about an hour drive to get to higher mountains and hikes) We had a small issue when we first arrived as the second bedroom and bathroom were locked but we were able to get it fixed. The apartment was very enjoyable and the view from the balcony was beautiful.
