Beachfront vacation rentals in Etruscan Coast

Guglielmo’s place was exceptional for so many reasons. Firstly, the location could not be better, it’s on the beach and only a few minutes walk from everything San Vincenzo has to offer. The supermarket 100m away was so handy! The apartment is gorgeous, with thoughtful touches throughout along with super cute nautical decor. It also has a delightful outdoor area for alfresco dining or just hanging out. The bedrooms were great with ample storage & comfortable beds. The best thing however, was Guglielmo’s parents, Ugo & Paola who manage the property when he is away. They were incredible, nothing was ever a problem & they made us feel like family immediately. In fact, when we arrived we were unexpectedly met at the station by Ugo, & driven to the apartment, as “it looked like rain”! They were both so thoughtful & kind and the special touches they provided will stay with us forever. We were so sad to have to say goodbye to them and we miss them already. Thank you all for the perfect stay.

Appartamento in ottima posizione, 3 minuti a piedi da spiaggia e da fermata del bus. Zona molto tranquilla lontano dai rumori, un locale con letto (non divano-letto) molto comodo e grande, zona cucina con tutto l'occorrente, bagno grande e funzionale (mancava solo qualche appendino in più), zona esterna con vista su porto venere. Garage sottostante. Porto venere raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. proprietari gentili, a modo, precisi e disponibili. Un ottima location per vacanze.

Roxane et son Mari sont des personnes tres gentilles. Plage juste à quelques pas de notre logement on reviendras certainement. On vous remercie pour votre attention et gentillesse . À bientôt.

We were so pleased we decided to stay in Monterosso, especially at Gianluca's place. It was a flat, easy walk to the station. There are three flights of stairs, but worth it to get the lovely sea view. The apartment was huge. We were close to the small supermarket and even closer to Focacceria Antonio for morning coffee. Very close to free public beach. After seeing how crowded other villages got during the day, was a pleasure to come back to apartment in quiet area.

We had a great time on our holiday at the house in Levanto. The place has a beautiful view at the town, with lots of hiking trails and destinations in the area. The centre of Levanto is a little gem with the beach, shops and cafés.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

This stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The apartment is not only beautiful, clean, and exactly as described, but also ideally located to explore the island. It’s bright and thoughtfully decorated, making it a real home away from home. What made our experience truly exceptional was the host Christine. So kind, attentive, and welcoming — she went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and gave us fantastic local recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. From restaurants and hikes to hidden gems only locals know, her suggestions were spot on. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and genuine hospitality, look no further. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour ,le logement est parfait ,le petit plus une grande terrasse pour manger dehors et des transats pour se relaxer tout ceci à l'ombre ou au soleil. Pour l'extérieur vous avez le choix entre la piscine ou le bord de mer à proximité . Après une promenade très agréable sur le front de mer vous accédez à une belle plage de sable et un charmant restaurant .Et le top du top c'est que ce petit coin de paradis est géré par une famille fort sympathique pleine d'attention envers vous .Et vous croiserez certainement René à l'humour incomparable. Nous espérons revenir un jour Ps les canistrelli sont excellents .

You feel like you're in the countryside while being a minute from town. Tony greeted each of us with a bottle of wine and sat to chat with us for a moment upon arrival. He also helped get our bags and car up the driveway, which was extremely appreciated and helpful. Our car was not 4x4, but was able to make the trek. Going on foot up the drive is laborious, but doable if you don't feel comfortable driving. The house was cozy and spacious and had plenty of ammentities that you usually only find in places that are lived in.

Wir waren mit Kind für 2 Wochen in der schönen Unterkunft von Marie und hatten dort eine wirklich schöne Zeit. Die Einrichtung ist sehr durchdacht. Man sieht dem Häuschen an, dass alles noch recht neu ist. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Anlage an sich, der Pool, das Bad und die Möglichkeit, direkt zu dem wunderschönen Naturstrand zu gelangen. Im Hafen befindet sich fussläufig auch ein tolles Restaurant. Was man jedoch trotz der Weitläufigkeit der Anlage sehr hört, ist die nahe Straße. Da diese eine der Hauptverbindungen im Osten der Insel ist, ist ein permanentes Rauschen uä. vor allem vom Schlafzimmer aus sehr zu hören.

Un accueil des plus chaleureux ! Un vrai Rb’nB avec nos hôtes à l’arrivée et,petit plus, non négligeable : un petit apéro local tout prêt ;) Nous recommandons ce logement et surtout de belles rencontres comme celles ci. Merci Joelle et Patrick

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse und einem wunderschönen Blick auf Strand und Meer. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Host und seine Co -Hosts waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr nett und freundlich. Wir waren Mitte Oktober hier und es war sehr ruhig im Haus. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft von Helene war die beste Air Bnp-Ferienwohnung, die wir jemals hatten. Wir waren mit unserer 18-Monate alten Tochter dort und es war für das Kind wirklich alles vorhanden: Buggy, jede Menge Spielzeug, Kinderstuhl, Babybett und vieles mehr. Toll waren auch die vielen Badetücher die zur Verfügung standen . Sehr gefreut hat uns auch der Korb mit frischen Leckereien und Frühstück für den ersten Tag mit dem wir begrüßt wurden.

Das Haus kann nicht besser liegen. Es ist de facto direkt am Strand. Unmittelbare Nähe zu einer Pailotte am Strand, bei der man Kaffee trinken kann. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Das Haus hat einen schönen Garten und eine Terrasse. Prunète ist ein toller Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die Castaniccia.

Venus en famille à 10, la maison était très agréable, propre et bien aménagée. La piscine chauffée était utilisable en cette fin avril, la terrasse très chouette et la cuisine bien équipée. Merci à Laurence pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils

Giampaolo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der alle Informationen rechtzeitig und genau gegeben hat. Zudem haben wir noch Tips zur Umgebung erhalten. Die Unterkunft war sauber, zentral und genau so wie beschrieben. Danke für alles! 😊

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus in Calambrone, Pisa. Der Check-in war super einfach – wir wurden vor Ort erwartet und freundlich empfangen. Das Haus sah genauso aus wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Der kurze Weg vom Haus zum Strand durch die Dünen war ein echtes Highlight. Barfuß, mit Badehose und Handtuch – mehr brauchte man wirklich nicht. Außerhalb der Saison war es angenehm ruhig, genau das, was wir gesucht hatten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die gute Erreichbarkeit von Pisa. Mit dem Bus waren wir in nur 45 Minuten dort und konnten einen wunderbaren Tagesausflug genießen. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt war, dass Airbnb die Adresse falsch mit Google Maps verlinkt hatte. Das war jedoch nicht Christys Schuld, sie hat das bereits reklamiert. Fazit: Wer Strand, Sonne und Kultur sucht, ist hier genau richtig.  Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen!

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrea's charming place in Vernazza! it was so convenient to everything in town, and the views were stunning! Both Andrea and his son were so welcoming, and we felt right at home! We wouldn't hesitate to book again. We have three children, and the space was perfect for us! The only thing I wish we would have had time for was a boat ride with Andrea--next time for sure!

Un logement absolument parfait. Mobilier, déco, propreté, au top ! Nous avons apprécié d'y séjourner et c 'est avec un grand plaisir que nous reviendrons. Bruno et son épouse sont adorables et fait appréciable, très souples sur les horaires d'arrivée. Bruno est super réactif, en cas de question sur le fonctionnement du logement. En résumé , foncez ! Réservez ! Détail supplémentaire, la belle plage à proximité est peu fréquentée. Merci pour tout Bruno :)

Ein Traumhafter Ort zum Ausspannen. Wir suchten Ruhe und Erholung und kamen voll auf unsere Kosten. Ein schönes Haus mit Meerblick und Meeranstoss. Wir bekamen rasche Hilfestellung als wir eine Schraube benötigten, die wir an einem Gerät von uns verloren hatten.

Luca was very helpful and nice. The apartment was perfect for us, three adults and two children. Surrounding with tings to do for all of us. A table in the big room where we shared both mornings and evenings together. Great space in the apartment and perfect with two toilets.

Die Unterkunft von Leonardo ist großartig und Leonardo ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Wir sind ohne Auto angereist, Leonardo hat uns mit dem Auto vom Bus abgeholt und wir konnten uns E-Bikes von im leihen. Der Strand ist sehr idyllisch und traumhaft zum Baden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
