We back onto Ongar Park Woods which joins to Epping Forest making a wonderful walk into Epping. It is located 2 miles from Epping and ideally located for people attending weddings at Gaynes Park, Blake Hall and Mulberry House. Epping tube station (central line) is under five minutes drive.

Majella is an excellent host, and the accommodation is in a beautiful location - you wouldn't think you were just off a busy dual carriageway! There are pleasant walks on the doorstep with plenty of wildlife to see. The chickens provide delicious fresh eggs, which was a much appreciated bonus.

Virginia was really helpful and hospitable, with excellent communication before arrival and a warm welcome when we did. We chose to stay here as it was very close to a friend's wedding venue. There was everything you would need for a weekend away (including off-road parking). The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Very new, lovely quiet apartment block with private secured parking. Ideal for Stansted Airport and right next to Harlow train station. Good price if you are splitting it 5 ways which we did. Only downside would be that it sleeps 6 but only seating for 4 at dining table and 4 at a push on sofa.

We had a wonderful stay at The Place. Thank you Valerie - the place was spotless and just as described. Tea and coffee were available on arrival and the penguin bars were a lovely touch. Instructions were clear and it was very handy to have the optional parking spots available. We needed for nothing and with the tube station just round the corner it was very convenient indeed. Two close by pubs, restaurants and a Tesco Extra meant everything was on hand. Lovely walks were on offer around the green and all in all it was a very pleasant stay indeed. Thank you again - we are truly grateful for your hospitality.
