Beautiful apartment. Located in a residential area. Bus 23 goes to the city center in 15 minutes, stop in front of the accommodation. Host who takes care of their listings. Florence is nearby with all these attractions. I'll be back without hesitation.

it is a great place to stay with nearby amenities. mini supermarket is just like 6 mins away. main train station and attractions are about 15mins walk away. place is spotless with a balcony to hang clothes. kitchen has all the necessary equipment to do simple cooking. host and o-host are fast in responsive and helpful. highly recommend place to stay!

Silverio’s apartment was such a lovely home away from home! It was a nice and quiet stay away from the louder areas. He was very communicative throughout the check-in process and let us check in late because our flight got into Florence in the evening. We also left some items behind and he made it so easy for us to pick our items up. Would love to stay here again in the future!

You can't ask for a better location—close to all the things you'll want to see in Florence but very walkable to other parts of the city if you want to escape the crowds. I just hope this place is available next time we visit!

The location of the property, a short distance from the center of Florence, makes it particularly suitable for romantic stays and for those who want to explore the city without sacrificing comfort and tranquility. Was a great place to stay and relax after 3 hectic weeks of travelling around the UK and Naples and Sorrento. Close to the beach and supermarket. Lovely quiet area and flat for walking around. Bus stop also close by for Pisa.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

This is the perfect place to stay in Forte dei Marmi. The apartment is fully renovated, located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming

I'll start by saying that Magda is fantastic: always kind and present. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and the location is great. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

A fantastic place in an excellent environment. The apartment can be described as stylish, pleasant, functional. The beds are comfortable, clean. The bathrooms and showers are fine. We could find also refreshments on arrival. The location is very favourable. You get everywhere by foot: railway station 20 min, Uffici 7 min, Dome 13 min. Some minor problems that can be easily fixed: the kitchen table had signs of intentional violence, the two irons we found were both broken, visibly damaged. We could also find only a few teaspoons. Internet was a bit slow. We were told to get instructions and more information via a QR-code. The code was not functioning nor the attached browser address. But there was also a physical folder with information that we found unfortunately only on the last day. As a conclusion: very recommendable.

We loved our stay. Very cute place, spacious rooms, clean, easy to find, easy check-in, hosts are very responsive and friendly. free parking on premise. Close to Lucca 20’, Viareggio 20’, Pisa, about one hour drive from Florence and close to many important places to visit in Tuscany. Alessandro, Valeria and little Bianca are a very Lovely family! We would definitely come back. Thank you!

What a wonderful city and apartment. The house is in a perfect location close to all Lucca has to offer. The three beds with en-suite baths were so comfortable. The apartment is very large with everything you could possibly need. Thank you for a great week in Lucca. We look forward to returning soon.

Barbara‘s place was fantastic. It was conveniently located and spotless. Barbara provided lots of great recommendations regarding restaurants and attractions. The apartment was always within 15 to 25 minutes walking distance from the major sites. She was always very responsive. I would not hesitate to stay there if I ever return to Florence.

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

Close by everything. Great location. Bed could be a bit more comfy.

We greatly enjoyed our time at Mattia’s place. It was a very central location and he was a very friendly & welcoming host. We would definitely stay here again.

Alessio’s place is amazing but there was some trouble with the communication the day before check in and at the time of check in. At the time of check he tried to remotely let me in the building but that didn’t work so I stood there in the street for 15-20 mins which isn’t desirable after a 9 hr flight. Ultimately, I got in and the place was beautiful and super conveniently located. I’d stay there again but he could take the time to meet check-ins at the residence.

We walked in to a beautiful and comfortable apartment. Extremely clean and welcoming space! We felt safe as well. There was a lift,too!! Walkable to most venues, restaurants, shopping. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Francesca for sharing your apartment with us. And to Matilda, who patiently waited for us when our train arrived late!!

Alessio’s house was exactly as the picture, and it was very clean and organised the neighbourhood was lovely, it was definitely one of the best stay, and we enjoyed it very much. I would definitely recommend it.
