Belle appartement. Situé dans un quartier résidentiel. Autobus 23 vas au centre ville en 15 minutes arrêt en face du logement. Hôte qui s occupe de ses logements. Florence tout près avec tout ces attractions. Retournerai sans hésiter

L'appartamento di Francesco si trova a 14' a piedi dalla stazione, in un punto strategico fa cui si possono raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse della città. Gli spazi erano nuovi, curati e puliti in maniera impeccabile. Il letto era comodissimo, così come l'ampia doccia. Ho molto apprezzato l'acqua e gli snacks a disposizione. Nel complesso sono stata davvero bene, è stato un soggiorno molto confortevole.

Silverio’s apartment was such a lovely home away from home! It was a nice and quiet stay away from the louder areas. He was very communicative throughout the check-in process and let us check in late because our flight got into Florence in the evening. We also left some items behind and he made it so easy for us to pick our items up. Would love to stay here again in the future!

This is a gorgeous and ideally located apartment. Massimiliano was a perfect host and super responsive. The place is spotlessly clean and tastefully updated. The bed/mattress was extremely comfortable. The stairs: When you reach the top of the stairs, you enjoy dramatic views and you're well-removed from the hustle and bustle of the streets, which is really nice. When I first visited Firenze 25 years ago, I would have bounded up the stairs. At present age/fitness, I kinda needed a motivational Budino di Riso and Caffè macchiato to get me ready for the stairs, and thankfully the city has plenty of that to offer :) Places like this, and hosts like Massimiliano, are what make Airbnb so special.

Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato estremamente piacevole. La camera matrimoniale, dotata di una TV Samsung Smart, offre un ambiente confortevole e ben arredato, ideale per momenti di relax. Il bagno e la cucina risultano entrambi funzionali e forniti di tutto il necessario per un’esperienza comoda e autonoma. Il valore aggiunto della proprietà è senza dubbio l’area esterna: un giardino curato e accogliente, perfetto per godere di momenti di tranquillità. A completare l’esperienza, una vasca idromassaggio situata accanto al giardino, ideale per vivere un momento intimo e rigenerante. La posizione della struttura, a breve distanza dal centro di Firenze, la rende particolarmente adatta sia per soggiorni romantici che per chi desidera esplorare la città senza rinunciare al comfort e alla quiete. Un’esperienza che ci sentiamo di consigliare con convinzione.

Die Unterkunft war spitze, sehr gut gelegen, ruhig aber doch zentral, nahe am Meer. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und auch Küche waren in sehr gutem Zustand, alles hat super funktioniert; das ist in Italien nicht immer selbstverständlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is the perfect place to stay in Forte dei Marmi. The apartment is fully renovated, located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

Comincio con il dire che Magda è fantastica: sempre gentile e presente. La casa è esattamente come da foto e la posizione ottima. Tornerò sicuramente e la consiglio a tutti.

Het appartement is ruim genoeg voor 2 stellen. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Mooie locatie, net onder de rivier de Arno. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn lopend goed te bereiken. Het kan 's avonds wat gehorig zijn, neem voor de zekerheid oordopjes mee als je daar gevoelig voor bent. Zowel harde als zachte kussens aanwezig, extra dekens indien nodig. Bij aankomst stonden er 2 flesjes water klaar, en douchegel/zeep in de badkamer. De keuken is volledig uitgerust, o.a. nespresso en zelfs een elektrische melkopschuimer! Het is even zoeken hoe het werkt met koken/gas. In het appartement ligt een map met uitleg. Ook reageert de host heel snel op vragen! Er zijn wel wat kleine dingen niet goed onderhouden (losse badkamerkraan, los handvat raam, beschadiging tafelblad), maar dat doet niks af aan het plezier om in het appartement te verblijven. Ik raad het aan!

We loved our stay. Very cute place, spacious rooms, clean, easy to find, easy check-in, hosts are very responsive and friendly. free parking on premise. Close to Lucca 20’, Viareggio 20’, Pisa, about one hour drive from Florence and close to many important places to visit in Tuscany. Alessandro, Valeria and little Bianca are a very Lovely family! We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Barbara‘s place was fantastic. It was conveniently located and spotless. Barbara provided lots of great recommendations regarding restaurants and attractions. The apartment was always within 15 to 25 minutes walking distance from the major sites. She was always very responsive. I would not hesitate to stay there if I ever return to Florence.

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

Amazing location and amazing views right outside the living room and bedroom windows. Easy walks to many restaurants and cafes right outside the door.

Increíble estancia, la ubicación es perfecta tienes el duomo caminando y todo puedes hacerlo caminando, el departamento estaba muy limpio y amplio además de hermoso con excelentes vistas. Sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente

Alessio’s place is amazing but there was some trouble with the communication the day before check in and at the time of check in. At the time of check he tried to remotely let me in the building but that didn’t work so I stood there in the street for 15-20 mins which isn’t desirable after a 9 hr flight. Ultimately, I got in and the place was beautiful and super conveniently located. I’d stay there again but he could take the time to meet check-ins at the residence.

We walked in to a beautiful and comfortable apartment. Extremely clean and welcoming space! We felt safe as well. There was a lift,too!! Walkable to most venues, restaurants, shopping. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Francesca for sharing your apartment with us. And to Matilda, who patiently waited for us when our train arrived late!!

Un lugar muy bonito y cómodo. Realmente tal cual a las fotos, una zona muy tranquila y cerca a una parada de bus que permitía movilizarse muy fácilmente. Lo recomiendo por completo. Sus anfitriones en este caso Paola fue muy amable y súper atenta.
