The property sits amidst the Nebraska prairie with incredible views of the sunrise, sunset, and moonrise. It's only 10 minutes and all paved roads to Kearney's north shopping district, to the University, and both hospitals. Guests rave about the view, amenities, and peacefulness while being so close to town. Many return and book directly.

Quiet, secluded area has occasional wildlife (turkey, deer). The Turkey Creek runs behind the cabin, and there is a very small pond in the front of the cabin that can be fished. There's a kid's "fort" to the west of the main cabin for the kids to enjoy! The fort has a space heater, a loft with a futon, and a TV (no TV service) that can be used for DVD's. The cabin has no TV service or internet service.....thus the beauty of this retreat!! TV in the cabin is for DVD's only.

I had a response back from her within minutes every time I asked a question. I would have no hesitations in staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone else checking it out!!

Stayed here on our way to Colorado from Minnesota. The tiny house has beautiful outdoor space to relax in after a long day of driving. Comfortable bed.

The house was exactly as pictured! Morgan was super responsive & very nice as well. The house had everything I needed for an almost week stay. It was very spacious, comfortable, welcoming & quiet. I would most definitely stay here again! Thank you so much, Morgan for hosting me & my family!!
