We had excellent winter holidays at Martinas place. Alpine as well as cross-country ski options where nearby (5min by car). The kitchen was well stuffed and it was cozy warm. Martina was very friendly, when we had issues she helped us immediately.

I immediately felt very comfortable with Gitta. You have your own area in the house and are also undisturbed there. The view into the garden, which then merges into the forest is totally beautiful (even in winter). The area is quiet and pleasant, lots of forest and lots of trees. Nevertheless, shopping is very close and the connection via public transport is also very close. The conservatory is very cozy. I really liked that there were many options for different lighting. Small lights, large lights, so everyone can create their own feel-good atmosphere with light. The kitchen is well equipped. I cooked a lot during that time and I had everything I needed for it. I'll be more than happy to come back!

Due to our short stay, we were unable to enjoy all the amenities of the apartment. The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen ideally equipped! We only both hit our heads very much on our way to bed in the gallery - therefore be careful with tall people! The garden is certainly a gem in the warmer season! Location is quiet.

Everything was as described, very nice and uncomplicated hosts. I can recommend it without hesitation. Very modern furnishings. We lacked nothing. Bakery,supermarket and a farm shop are around the corner. I would book it again anytime.

We felt very comfortable in the friendly, bright apartment of five. In Rumburk there is everything for daily needs. The surroundings offer great hikes. We had a lovely holiday, thank you!

A really great accommodation, very modern, tasteful and decorated with love. We didn't miss anything and we felt very comfortable. The sauna is of course great if you come home from skiing in winter. Also the location is perfect for excursions into nature or small and larger places in the area. There are countless possibilities and it never gets boring. However, the car is important, it will certainly be difficult on foot. Free parking is available right in front of the house and on the property. Self check-in and -out worked out perfectly and was stress-free. As well as communicating with Yaroslaw. ❤️

The view was very nice, the apartment is clean and cozy. It was hard to find the way up there though, due to darkness and construction issues on the initial way to the apartment. Highly recommended reading the manuals and planning the arrival with daylight

We were only in the place for a weekend trip. It was very clean and the place is very large. The kitchen is awesome. Also, the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back. :-)

This house is little bit outside of city. But here has all facilities and very convenience. Even wide parking place. Amazing host will greeting guest. I strongly suggest this house.

We stayed 6 nights in the beautiful bright apartment "the sky" and while I really enjoyed being only a few minutes' walk from the seminar location, my husband and our little daughter spent the time with excursions that were very possible from here. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and were above every little attention such as e.g. A wooden toy with a high chair and praline at the bedside table! We didn't miss any decor! The pavilion was great, really spacey and with everything you would need for a comfortable staying. Really quiet neighborhood and easy to be in the central area of Berlin within 20 minutes.
