Join me for a culinary tour that explores decolonial narratives around food, highlighting the global influences that have shaped African and German cuisines. • Meet at Sahara Imbiss, a beloved Sudanese restaurant, where we’ll start with appetizers and talk about the Arab and British influences on Sudanese cuisine. • Next, we’ll walk to nearby Ethiopian and German restaurants, tasting a few dishes at each place. We’ll discuss the historical ties between Ethiopia and Germany as well as the international origins of favorite German dishes like döner kebab. • We’ll conclude by savoring West African dishes at a fourth restaurant as we reflect on how culinary traditions evolve in a globalized world. Over the course of the afternoon, you’ll sample an array of drinks and vegetarian dishes, and leave with my recommendations for other Berlin restaurants to explore.

Rude Bastards tour of Berlin

My tour of Berlin is very different than the usual Politically correct BS. Actually, think of this as the Politically incorrect tour of Berlin, so feel free to bring along your favorite rude jokes when joining us. It will be full of bad language and bad taste jokes-while paying respect where it is due. No snowflakes allowed! Our exploration will involve memorials, monuments and graves, along with churches and parks. We will discuss a mix of history, current events, local cuisine, the best spots for a cold German beer by the city center of Berlin. Be prepared to be socially active. Other things to note The tour is meant for adults, 18 or older. Each guide will be identified with a small yellow flag and our name!

English Comedy Show on a boat

So, here's the plan: You get to become part of one of the biggest and most fun stand comedy shows in English in Berlin! And it's all on a boat! It's a fun, vibrant, energetic and friendly show - EVERY Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. We'll have pre-show drinks and then enjoy a great line up of Open Mic comics doing 5-7 minutes of material and an awesome headliner to top it all off. After that we'll have some relaxed drinks at the bar where we mingle and you get to know the comics and the other people joining the experience in a more private setting. So, ask all those questions you've had but never dared to ask about comedy. Other things to note You can smoke on deck, but not in the bar. The bar only serves snacks, but there's plenty of restaurants and bistros nearby. If you ever find one of the experiences as fully booked, consider joining us the night before or after. Telltale Ghost Tour

Next to the Astronomical clock, you will meet your guide in a stylish historical costume, who will lead you into Old Town’s darkening alleys. There, you will be shown locations of dreadful discoveries, medieval graveyards, ancient churches and hospitals, as well as other places of Prague associated with the undead, demons and strange apparitions. Professional photo shoot tour Hamburg

During a professional photoshoot tour, we'll explore one of Hamburg's most exciting parts of Hamburg: The World Heritage Site of Speicherstadt and its unique surroundings, special Instagram spots, and secret corners. We always have an eye on the Elbphilharmonie. During our circular route, I photograph with a lot of peace and quiet – so that you will always feel absolutely comfortable. The shoot is for groups of two or more people, e.g. best friends, couples, mother with daughter, father and son, families ... my tips for relaxing moments, the ideal outfit and beautiful photos are always included. We take the right time to create authentic and real portraits to select and the most special, of course, rather than rush from one spot to the next. The focus is always on your personality. Paint by enamel in workshop Smalterie!

We are forward to host You. In our workshop. In workshop I cooperate with another lektors, you can meet Radek, Karel, Jenny, Tereza, Joan, Bara or Emma, not only me :-) We will show you how enameling works, how to use enamel paints and then you will have a go at painting a mug yourself. When you finish your mug, we will fire it in a furnace so you can take it home with you straight away. Enameling is such a unique technique – powdered glass paint is applied on a metal base and fired at 800°C. We will show you everything you need to know and will be available to you throughout your whole stay. You do not need to bring anything, just yourself! This workshop is great for both groups or individuals, adults or children, team building or hen parties, birthday parties. Other things to note Duration circa 2 hours (but you can stay longer). The Art of Falconry and Bird Rescue ✨

⭐️ Winner of the best "Insider Access" experience in Prague. ⭐️ You will first learn about the basics of the falconry tradition. Then we'll give you a tour of our bird shelter, during which you'll get familiar with all our birds and owls, and the way our breeding center operates to save various endangered species. And finally—the hands-on part of the experience! We will let our well-trained birds of prey fly free and you will participate in feeding them. Our bald eagle Helen, vulture Omar, a group of Harris hawks and others will fly just above your heads, and they will land on your arm protected by a special leather glove. We will finish off by showcasing the training of the fastest animal on the planet, a falcon. ❄️☀️ This is a year-round, all-weather event. Even though it takes place mostly in the open air, we've got you covered: a heated garden house & several outdoor heaters are at our guests' disposal during the cold days and we're well equipped for the rainy weather as well. And a fun fact—birds of prey do not appreciate the summer temperatures as much as us, humans, and tend to fly a bit better during autumn/winter.

Berlin’s Historical Heart

Our meeting point is a lovely cafe in the heart of the historic center. After a brief introduction, we’ll start walking. Our first stop will be a former workshop for the blind, where you’ll hear the story of Otto Weidt and his courageous efforts to protect persecuted Jews in Nazi Germany. From here, we’ll continue to the famous "Hackesche Höfe" a 100-year old Jugendstil complex of 8 courtyards where you’ll find some of Berlin’s finest stores. Next we’ll visit the legendary ballroom Clärchens Ballhaus, where Berliners have been drinking and dancing for more than a century, before taking to the “Neue Synagogue” and Berlin’s stunning centerpiece, the renowned museum island - finally reaching the core of Prussian Berlin: the Forum Fridericianum. Don't worry if there is bad weather or if it's cold! We won't walk far and there are many indoor stops during the tour. If less then 3 people book this tour I will have to cancel and you'll be refunded. Other things to note I can offer my experience as a private tour.
