A whole year-round cottage for rent in an attractive area. The property is located outside the village, with views of the lake and the forest. This is an excellent starting point for both hiking and cross-country trips to the forest and the surrounding hills, as well as cycling trips to further destinations. Only 7.5 km from the Triftberg Cottage is the nearest cycling route Siekierki-Gryfino. The town of Schwedt, lying about 30 km away, is another great point to start cycling trips.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dike! Our residential building and detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual designs and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe bike path and Elbdeich are about 200 m away from us.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Relax on the approx. 3500 sqm property with meadow and fruit trees. Enjoy the wonderful landscape of the Oderbruch and Odertal during a bike ride on the Oder-Neiße cycle path. A place for country romantic, stressed, for hiking, fishing, skating, for canoeing and for swimming. Lakes can be reached from 3 km.

This historic building is a typical North German Bauernkate and stands on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly landscape. To the own meadow behind the house adjoins our 2 ha large natural plot, with many cozy places under trees and at the stream. We have renovated the cate with natural materials and comfortably equipped, e.g. with a fireplace and a small sauna.
