Merseburg is on the Saale very close to Halle in an area between Zschkopau and Leuna, where expectations are rather modest. That's why we were surprised how beautiful it is and what is easily accessible to discover. We were lucky with the weather and were able to explore the landscape to our heart's content with the bikes in early spring. Not only is Merseburg itself with its cathedral, treasury and castles great, but also the area - for example with Bad Dürrenberg and the Tomb of the Shamaness. In contrast, some lost places - abandoned industrial plants; the concrete ruin of a lock for a canal that was never built; a church tower converted into a water tower at a church ruin that has been abandoned since the 30-year war... - The garden house is ideally located - central, quiet and with great views over the Saale Valley. And the landlords are very friendly people that it's a pleasure to vacation here.

Great location, lots of restaurants nearby. You can walk to most places. The apartment is beautiful.

Birte was an amazing host. Due to the key box, we had the possibility of flexible check-in and check-out. You can tell here they work with a lot of love. Small nice apartment in a small place.

The place is very nice spacious, clean, tastefully furnished, we had a great time, the breakfast basket was perfect, everything fresh delicious, lots of big ones. Parking in front of the house. I can only recommend👍 Žaneta

We decided on a short trip at relatively short notice. The reservation request was answered very quickly. Upon request, the apartment could be moved into at noon. The apartment is small but absolutely adequate for two. The contact with the landlords was very nice in advance and also during our stay. The terrace is worth gold when the weather is nice. A table tennis table also aroused our sporting ambition. We were also provided with eggs from the chickens living on the property. All in all, a nice place to stay for a short trip if you have no problems driving to the larger villages.

Apartment Pristino is very spacious and big. Clean and cozy.

Stay with Anna was awesome! The house is really warm and clean - just what you would desire after a long trip in the winter :) The surrounding area is very quiet, almost no traffic and other sounds. In the morning we were stunned by the wintery landscape with the frozen lake and the snowy trees basking in the sunlight. The only thing I regret is that it was only a short stay. If we had more time, I would definitely want to talk more with Anna, who is very interesting host with many topics to discuss. If I will have a chance, I will come back here for sure :)

We had a fantastic stay in this big flat. Birgit and her husband were so accommodating and kind. The place is clean, cozy, spacious and in quiet and safe neighbourhood. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The beautiful space was perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt right at home. It was very clean, lovingly decorated and you had everything you needed. The location was also very quiet and yet central, so we could reach everything on foot. We would always book the place again!

The apartment is very tastefully and lovingly furnished, it is bright and the balcony is fantastic with the view of the Steinhuder Meer. Walks directly on the water are almost possible from the front door. Carola is easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable, thank you Carola!

To describe it in short words, just OMG!!! The place is a dream, a paradise for children. There are countless toys, books, building blocks and other play opportunities. A cozy bed invites you to dream while listening to the sound of the little creek. A top equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and the bathroom is like a small wellness oasis. We felt like you arrived at home. We will be happy to come back and recommend the place to everyone! Those who vacation in Braunlage should definitely stop in this house! It was just a dream!

A lovely spacious apartment that was perfect for what we needed. It has 3 double bedrooms (2 of which have walk in wardrobes) and 1 that has a desk and sofa. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a good sized table for us to eat at. The shower was lovely! There is a shop 2 doors away to buy food, drinks etc. It is a very quiet village but we liked being a little bit away from the resort of Willingen. Thank you for a lovely place to stay.

We were traveling as a family and found everything it needed for all of us. From the crib to a good selection of glasses for the evening. However, the accommodation is not only well equipped, but was also homely for arrival. A pleasant stay!

We were received very warmly 😊 For our little 2 month old son, even a bed was prepared without which we asked for it, really very accommodating. The apartment has everything you need, even a way to sit outside was offered to us ☀️ If you have any questions or problems, we were immediately kindly helped. Shopping is very close. Spent a great girls' weekend here for a birthday! Feel-good atmosphere guaranteed, everything corresponded to the description, cleanliness is definitely taken care of. What we noticed negatively, however, was that some of the food offered had expired. Nevertheless, we would recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back!
