Monthly Rentals in Eden Rock

Lovely villa in Eden Rock with great views over the sea from top floor terrace and lower floor terrace. BBQ next to seating on top floor is great for entertaining. Apartment is well laid out and would suit various group sizes esp 4 adults and 2-3 children. Minimalist style makes it easy to use and find everything. Noemi the local host is really responsive and helpful. She meets you at the barriers for the complex and shows you the way up to the apartment in the road. Lots of recommendations available. Note circa 20 steps down from the parking to the front door.

We felt right at home. The villa has a beautiful view and very good facilities. There are almost all important and useful kitchen appliances, a washing machine and dishwasher. Very nice hosts and perfect communication!

Hi Riccardo, in a very nice accommodation, we were able to spend a week of our vacation in Sardinia with you. With great dedication and attention to detail, you have created a real gem here. We lacked nothing, everything was available and of very good quality. The apartment is excellently furnished. In the morning we could enjoy the awakening of the day on the terrace, in a green and flowering garden, we were here in mid-May, with chirping birds. Riccardo is a Superhost! His friendly, helpful and forward-looking actions impressed us very much. He made suggestions for activities in the wider area, named restaurants he liked and also gave information about parking spaces in Cagliari (with Google Maps link), which saved us a lot of time and nerves. And if there was something to clarify, Riccardo responded immediately with a message or sometimes came by in person. We felt very comfortable here. Perfect!

Nice and simple house, but equipped with everything. You're not missing anything. Beautiful view from the terrace. Very nice and responsive about everything.
