We had a lovely, peaceful stay. The house is very spacious, light and airy and had all the amenities we expected - and more! The local area is beautiful and the beach so close.

Very clean, great host very attentive but not intrusive hot tub was immaculately clean Sam is a lovely lady and couldn’t do enough for us I’d recommend for anyone to stay here lovely little village nice pub and Indian restaurant the pub done an amazing roast dinner…me an the wife had an amazing two days in the studio apartment. Thanks again Sam, see you again soon.

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

On arrival we immediately felt at home. The surrounding area was beautiful and the grounds were large and very child friendly. My grandson chose this area to do his 4.5Km charity walk during his time here. The jacuzzi was a big hit. The house was also large and accommodated 6 adults and five children between 5 yrs to 10 yrs. with ease. A modern kitchen was very well equipped with good quality items, it was very large and easy to work in, even the larder was well stocked with essentials. You could tell that Tim, our host, takes pride in the house, furnishing it with many William Morris fabrics, amongst others, tasteful art, plus original wooden features etc. Crisp linen and decent size bathroom towels. Tim, an all round lovely chap, popped in to welcome us with a gift of local produce from a local farm shop.....the raspberry jam was to die for. games and books were aplenty also. We are hoping to return again. I will, without a doubt recommend Tim's property.

Wendy-Jane was an exceptional host, her home was beautiful and very cozy, with a gorgeous and very friendly cat. We loved the surroundings and the scenery. Wendy had a stunning selection of books on her shelves and CDs in her collection. The home was perfect for us, and we would love to return. The hot tub is an great addition and it was lovely to chill out in at the end of the day. There's lots to do in the surrounding area with a very charming in right opposite the house and another pub down the road with an abadondoned castle next door. And a short drive from both Hastings and Eastbourne made for a perfect weekend get away!!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, cosy and exactly as described. The location was perfect – quiet, yet close to everything we needed. Janet was a wonderful host: friendly, helpful and easy to reach. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool after long days out. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Janet!

We came as a group of 4 and a dog. The house is beautiful and contains everything you need. The kitchen is great with all the items you need. The living/dinning room works very well and with the bifold doors just adds an extra touch during the summer time. The bedrooms are also great with very comfortable beds. The showers are good. The house was very clean without any problems to share. We would for sure book again if we decided to explore this part of the country. Thank you

Martin was a proactive and friendly host who was so sensitive to our needs (as we'd been through a difficult time as a family). Instructions were thorough. clear and helpful. Check in and check out was as flexible as possible. We also appreciated the bottle of bubbles as well as all the other basics like tea, coffee, etc. Martin's additional info on getting to & from our evening entertainment/venue was invaluable & beyond helpful. We had a lovely relaxing stay at the beautiful Driftwood. We were very lucky with the weather so took full advantage of the balcony area watching the seafront and everything going on. The house was spotlessly clean and there was a lovely welcome message, wine and biscuits waiting for us on arrival. The house is exactly as described and as per the photos and the views are amazing. Lots of extra little touches make it feel very homely. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Simone was the perfect host. Clear arrival instructions, very proactive with excellent communication. Simone was able to offer us an earlier check-in which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend a visit to Driftwood!

We had a great stay at the Garden flat. It had everything we needed and was a great location for local cafes/restaurants and the beach. Parking was easy too. Jane was a great host who was very helpful. She also replied to messages very quickly. We would definitely recommend the flat and would love to come back.

We had a great stay at Xavier's place. The location was ideal. 25 min walk from the station, really close to the beach front, but also pubs & restaurants too. Xaviers communication was second to none. The kitchen was well stocked with every day essentials including milk, tea, coffee, oil, biscuits etc & the thoughtful bottle of prosecco was very much appreciated by me & my 3 friends ! Would certainly recommend. Thank you.

What a gorgeous getaway! This was without question the most generously appointed Airbnb we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. So many thoughtful touches! Very grateful and much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back!

Sam and Tim (and Wilf) were fabulous hosts. Very friendly and helpful as well as offering great ideas of where to eat with our dog and where to walk. There is a great little 20 minute walk around a large field, ideal for quick morning and last night walks (take a torch if dark). The cottage was ever so cute and was very comfortable. We booked it as I was doing a big charity night ride between Windsor Racecourse and London (and back) so we wanted to be closeby after the finish. I slept so well in the bed, it wa comfortable with bouncy pillows and duvet. You can hear aeroplanes by Loop earplugs made mincemeat of any noise and I slept soundly in the afternoon for a pre-event nap and then again from 4am onwards. We took HelloFresh meals and were able to manage using the kitchen equipment on offer. The shower was good and the layout of sofas upstairs was lovely as we ate downstairs then retired upstairs. Toast (our dog) was able to nip out and do wees in the courtyard area on the soil.

A little gem of a place! Don't let the exterior fool you! It's homely, peaceful and just a home from home once you are through the door with a cuppa in hand and slumped on the sofa! I could of hapilt stayed for weeks! The flat is within walking distance to Battersea Park (5 minute walk) and Chelsea (15-20 minute walk) which was perfect for my solo trip to see Chelsea in bloom. There are some great free parking spots local to the flat which is great if you plan on coming by car! The area felt safe and welcoming and I had no issues walking to and from the flat even quite late at night. The bus stop is round the corner and takes you to all the great spots in central London! The highlights from my stay were being welcomed by a beautiful bottle of red wine, the amazing shower that I struggled to get out of as it was just so relaxing and the ambience of busy London in the background whilst I read my book next to the fire wrapped in a blanket! I will definitely be back!

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

Fantastic stay, hosts were brilliant and went out way to make me feel welcome, lovely to have use of the pool, nice walk from streathem station over the common and lovely neighbourhood, highly recommend

Perfect place for our family of four to stay for a peaceful and secluded retreat for a couple of nights. The cottage was lovely and the grounds and surrounding garden were beautiful. My two primary school aged daughters loved spending time in the swimming pool and even attempted to play a bit of tennis! Caroline was a brilliant host and keen to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Super friendly and always clear and responsive with communication. Would love to stay here again some time and hope we get a chance to do so!

This is an accurately described, beautiful home in idyllic countryside. The house is spacious and very stylishly furnished with vintage furniture and artwork. Ideally there would be one or two more bathrooms with showers - we knew this before staying of course - it just means more planning of showering with a larger group of people staying. We especially loved relaxing in the garden room with the gorgeous views of the garden and rolling hills beyond. We were incredibly lucky with the weather so definitely made the most of having a pool and pizza oven and BBQ. And we picked fresh figs off the tree by the pool, delicious! The kids loved the trampoline and table tennis. Enzo was great and prompt at communicating with us. We appreciated the local recommendations - we enjoyed lunch at the Jolly Sportsman, coffee at Cafe du Jardin and a mooch around all the antiques shops in Lewes. A very comfortable house to enjoy with three generations of our family.

Quaint little house in a quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful outdoor garden space. Everything provided, including some food items in the well supplied kitchen.

Emma was very welcoming as we arrived. She showed us around and gave us perfect advice on how to get into town. The cabin was perfect for a weekend away. We found a swing attached to the trees and had great fun. The bed was like a cloud and the kitchen had everything you need. Would recommend to family and would stay again.

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.
