A Retreat on Hove Seafront, Close to Brighton Fun

This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy: - comfortable, modern furniture throughout, including new king bed, mattress & bedding, leather l shaped sofa, breakfast table & stools and lots more. - generous and high quality kitchen equipment, including Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine and lots more. - other useful house gadgets, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and lots more. - games & books - high speed broadband wifi - XL Samsung Smart television, with Netflix, NowTV & AmazonPrime - Philips Hue coloured lighting This is a self contained, private apartment, with a separate entrance, albeit within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We are available if necessary, to answer any questions and sort any issues, although keys are made available via a "key safe" with private code. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

Countryside stay with wonderful views.

South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

The Little Annexe is a self contained detached unit. Set within our farmland near rural Warninglid, we are located within the High Weald area of outstanding natural beauty. Access to public footpaths allow you entry into the beautiful woodlands and surrounds. Ideally situated: 6 miles from both Horsham and Haywards Heath. Only a 15 min drive to Gatwick Airport. Located above one of Tunbridge Wells oldest pubs ‘Beau Nash’, tucked away down a private drive away from the main road. The Beau Nash is a lovely, quirky pub with stunning garden & excellent food. Enjoy the private roof terrace on a summer’s evening with beers and wines on tap 30 seconds away. The flat has its own spiral staircase leading up to a private roof garden & flat entrance. Parking for 1 car only. However, this is down a long drive with no turning space so reversing skills required.
