Monthly Rentals in Durham County

My time here was amazing! Everything was very clean and the home was very cozy!! The AC did go down briefly but Jasmine was right on it with getting it fixed !! I will definitely be coming back thank you so much Jasmine!

We had a great stay at Adrian and Edward's place and would highly recommend if you need a quiet, cozy place to stay in Durham. I used to live in that neighborhood, so it was comfortable and nice to return. The house was spacious and all the amenities you could need while away from home. So appreciated it was pet friendly, we all loved the back yard. Hope to be back soon!

Bridget was a lovely host, very quick in responding and super helpful. The place was awesome! Stayed here for four weeks during a business trip. Easy check-in, kitchen was well equipped, bed was very comfortable, all in all very happy with the accommodation.

Everything was perfect! Location was convenient! Isaiah was always responsive and very helpful! Def will stay again when I’m back in the area!
