Otane Cottage is named after the rock that sits in the ocean at the northern end of Smaills Beach. Smaills Beach is at the start of the Otago Peninsula and is perfectly located for accessing stunning beaches and seeing wildlife while also only being 10 minutes from the city centre. This cottage has a stunning outlook and a quiet rural feel. It's close to local surf spots and if you are lucky with your timing you may get to see the southern lights (Aurora australis). Located on 5 acres along the Southern Scenic Route & just a few minutes walk to pristine Ocean View beach, Ocean View Apartment is a 15 minute drive from central Dunedin, or 20 mins from Dunedin International Airport. Offering clean, comfortable and modern decor in the office end of what was formerly the Ocean View School, you will enjoy your own separate and private space, which sleeps up to 6 people. The backyard is a shared space with our family, with an older tennis court & native gardens.

Things are always rosy at this cosy Roslyn retreat! You'll be tickled pink when you arrive at this super stylish abode so close to Roslyn village and the fabulous amenities on offer. Our townhome is the perfect blend of location, comfort and style. A five minute almost flat walk to Roslyn village and very short drive down the hill to the city, hospitals, university, golf course and beyond. Oh, and it has all just been beautifully renovated. Things really are rosy in Roslyn!
