Beautiful seaside cottage with access to the beach right across the road! Very accessible to go to Dunedin. Janet was very responsive and she was very thoughtful in leaving us breakfast and bread. The cottage had toys and beach amenities to enjoy! We had the most wonderful time :) will definitely be visiting again!

We loved staying at the Glamis Cottage in Port Chalmers. Port Chalmers is small, peaceful, and quiet. The cottage is a beautiful place to explore from. Easy drive to Dunedin. The apartment itself is very homey and comfortable. Monique is warm and generous and a great host. We would gladly stay there again.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. The apartment is very large and equipped with everything you need. As an architect, I was thrilled with the design of the apartment :-) We would book here again. Also ideal for longer stays. Communication with Antonia was friendly and good. The advance information was clear, so the access and self check in was easy. The location is perfect, very central. Many attractions are within walking distance.

A deck area features a table surrounded by four chairs, with a long bench rail offering extra seating. Greenery is visible in the surrounding garden, while large glass doors connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, providing access to the sunny atmosphere.

This was our second visit to Helen & Danny’s lovely spot in Dunedin. It is a very relaxing house with views all the way to the peninsula, beautiful garden, and perfectly situated kitchen and amenities. Easy access to town and coast. Everything was clean and comfortable and I’d definitely stay again. Thank you Helen and Danny for hosting us again!

Such a special experience to feel at home within an impeccably designed '70s home juxtaposed brilliantly with modern art. The perfect place for families or groups, somewhere for everyone.

Stunning view. Recently added covered back yard with plenty of outdoor shade and seating - even a grill. We loved sitting out there every day and enjoying the garden. Comfortable beds! I also appreciate there was a variety of pillows, especially the contour foam one was very comfy. Appreciate having a parking space at the top of the driveway so we did not have to park in the street. Everything is new and in great condition, - the furniture, the appliances. Plenty of kitchen pans and utensils. Margy was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful. We hope to return to Dunedin and will definitely stay here again!

The apartment was in a beautiful building and looked historical to me and exactly like the pictures. Fully Equipped kitchen, and I had the pleasure to use the new stove 😊. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, silverware and cookware. If you’re a Farmer market lover like me the apartment is 8 minutes’ walk to the market. The Octagon is 15 minutes (short legs😊). Chinese garden and Queens Garden are 5 minutes. My boys loved the private heated Jacuzzi it was on charming rooftop terrace with stunning city and hills views. The location is very quiet. Suzie the host was very caring and sweet. Thank you Suzie.💐

Great location, spotless modern spacious apartment, well equipped and provisioned kitchen, and we felt right at home. Easy walking access to Dunedin central sights. Car access is tight but doable for a medium sized car and a few flights of stairs (no lift) but these weren’t an issue for us. Host very responsive. Would stay again.

Beautiful modern house away from the city, great price and very clean, great heating for winter, would recommend and definitely coming back in future trip to dunedin, recommend for someone who’s on a trip with a car or their own transport, it was perfect :)
