Beautiful traditional spacious ranch house less than a mile east of the OU campus. Easy walk to the Mont and large driveway for multiple car parking. Great place for family and friends to get away for the weekend or enjoy events on the OU campus. GREAT game day house. It is a quiet neighborhood so loud parties are not allowed. Recently updated kitchen appliances. New flooring and new carpeting in bedrooms. We keep updating as we go!

Located less than a mile north of the University of Oklahoma campus and just a short walk to downtown Norman's restaurants and bars.
